I asked for a slick finish with a super light broom finish so the dogs wouldn't slip. The concrete was left so rough even after I epoxied it in an attempt to smooth the concrete out some the dogs still get cuts on their paws. Not To mention I had to order,set up and pay for the concrete delivery myself bc the concrete company wouldn't do business with him ‍.

After a time, the concrete sank and we wound up having some communication issues trying to get them back. That being said, the owner wound up getting involved and after apologizing, he more than made it right. It is easy for a company to have a good reputation when everything goes right. It is much harder to maintain that reputation when things go wrong. I would recommend this company to do the right thing even when things don't go as planned.
