When confronted, rather than take accountability, he denied responsibility--just as he has done with other documented complaints online. He will take your deposit and extort more funds for the job to be completed. This situation left my property compromised, unsafe, and requiring immediate corrective work. I strongly caution anyone considering Trimelogic to avoid this contractor entirely. Engaging Alex with your home exposes you to severe financial loss and safety risks. During install of a generator at our home, the other independent contractor we were working with was non responsive and ended up not coming when they were supposed to install the gas line. Ed got in touch with them and organized them to come to finish the project the next day. The Blue Moon crew was kind, insanely helpful and even when it was not expected acted as the foreman for another contractor. Their price quote was very competitive, as most other contractors quoted us $2,000-$15,000 more than what we paid. All things considered I would have paid that extra amount for the work Blue Moon Electric did.
