When we arrived we had a couples massage scheduled but as we began to go to our room to prepare for the massage. We waited a little longer than we expected, but we decided to give them the opportunity to give us a good massage and we would be OK. We got undressed but we noticed the massage tables were extremely uncomfortable. They were hard. The room was totally hot and no relaxing music. I advised the two ladies that it was way too hot so she then came in with a mini fan that did not give out any air and it was so unprofessional when they came in to give us a massage, it felt like my five-year-old grand-daughter just gave me. There were no professional about it at all. It was the worse massage we have ever received but when we came out me and my husband were in so much pain and my husband is having problems right now so he will probably need to go and see a doctor and I suffered through so much pain last night as I laid in the bed. I'm trying to prevent this from happening to you guys. Please do not go to this facility because if you go, you will be going to the doctor or you will be going to another massage to fix what they messed up or you will be going to physical therapy to get your back in a normal position. This was so bad. There is no way possible that they could have went to school to receive their massage certificate there's no way that they've had any type of professional training.
