We stayed here over the August bank holiday weekend last summer. It was a very wet weekend and on our arrival they staff were very welcoming and told us we had been moved to a hard standing as we had a camper. We were very grateful for this as it was very muddy. The staff were very welcoming and showed us where we had to pitch. Since it was a camping and caravaning club site there are strict rules. Only one car per pitch, key access etc. The toilets were very clean, but not enough showers and on a busy weekend it is worth getting up early for a shower so you don't have to queue. They had a little shop, ok prices. Very small play area for the kids. It was a nice site, the only reason it got 4 stars and not 5 is the outragous prices they charge, £52 per night for 4 adults and 2 kids! If it had been a better price I would have returned to this site. read more
