It is led by Steve Dayman, who lost his son Spencer to meningitis when he was a kid. As well as carrying out regular fundraising efforts himself, Mr Dayman supports others who want to raise money for the charity. They are really on the ball when it comes to getting the message out and every time there's a meningitis scare Meningitis UK are sure to be on the news reiterating the symptoms people should look out for and what to do if they spot them.
