And when I told him I was looking for a couple of very specific items, hated shopping, and was feeling frustrated, he offered me a "personal shopper" to help and introduced me to Heather. She was terrific. She listened to my wants and needs, got me to laugh, found me a couple awesome pairs of shoes and a pair of sandals, and even found me some gel accessories to go into my shoes to make them more custom fitted. What began as a potentially disastrous shopping experience turned into my best one that day and had me walking out with three new pairs of shoes! Thanks!

I'll only go to Nordstroms from now on. While you can try a shoe on for initial fit, you cannot predict if a shoe is so poorly made it will rub your skin off until you wear it out. At Nordstroms and other better retailers, they will take care of a customer if the quality causes an issue like this. Why spend the same money here to have horrible customer service? I'll just go to a better store from now on to buy the same shoe at the same price where they care about the customer and quality control. Lesson learned.

Kathie not only has clothes, but there are also shoes, purses, jewelry, and all sorts of adorable things. Kathie is so sweet and helpful. She easily found our sizes and let us try on some new items she had just received. What fun! I just loved how our purchases were wrapped in tissue paper and placed in the cutest little bags. More likely you will be stopped and asked where you found your shoes. And although this is a small establishment, prices were as good or better than the on-line prices for the same brands. Selections ranged from about $40 to $150 dollars depending on style and material. I like genuine leather shoes and was not disappointed by the selection. You are greeted and attended by the owner, Venecia Demeck, who graciously provides the kind of service that makes you feel like a much valued long-time customer. She even offered to place custom orders for me for my favorite brand. Venecia, while new to Punta Gorda is an experienced shoe gallery owner who unfortunately lost her well-established store in Matlacha to Hurricane Ian.
