After having amazing suishi at the Rawbar we walked over to this shop which is just a few steps away from the restaurant. They have so many toys! Stuffed animals! Puzzles! Jewelry! They have house decor items and some yummy smelling candles! This place is packed with so much stuff that the kiddos will have a blast looking at all the toys! You could spend hours in here! When I told him what was going on (didnt refund the correct amount and charged me for items I didn't need). He became upset, raised his voice, cursed, refused to help me, told me to call customer service but then wouldn't give me the number, i kept repeating to just do my refund so i can leave. He laughed at me then called 911 and exaggerated the entire situation to try and get me arrested. Luckily for me I recorded the entire interaction. I'm going to request a copy of the 911 call, the police body cams and I'm going to send that all to their corporate office with my video. I have never been treated so poorly. There are a lot of not vintage items just vintage-looking, and some really stained and damaged tops in the front section which are not marked down. I wouldn't pay the prices they are asking, but I would if they put more care into the clothes they're selling and cleaning up the place generally. I think they could make the store easier to navigate and worth the prices by reducing overall inventory by 15%, and removing the stained and damaged and not-vintage clothes from the regular section, and having a distinct clearance section for those items.
