Fortunately, Jos A Bank was running a special; buy one suit, get three suits free, so I took advantage of the offer. Granted, the one suit was $995, which I would never have paid for a single suit, but getting four at that price wasn't too bad. The staff were very helpful and I was quite surprised that they had several suits in my size (50L). Doug Sauerwein was my salesperson, and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He marked my suits for tailoring just the way I wanted. With the tailoring on all four suits, the "traveler's crease" (a permanent crease on the trousers), and the tax, my total was $1,325.52, which averages just over $330 each. I was promised the suits on 20 May, but was surprised when I got a call today, a full week early, that my suits were ready to be picked up. They fit perfectly and the tailoring looks very professionally done. Besides the suits, they have a great selection of shirts, sports coats, shoes (including Johnston & Murphy), socks, belts, ties, suspenders...just about anything you could need and a quality haberdasher should have. I am very pleased with my experience and the professionalism that the staff exhibited. If you're in need of some fine, professional clothing, definitely give them a try.

The salesperson said that it was for my protection that he would not allow The check.. How about use some common sense and see if the story adds up in the slightest and make this happen!! Our guy walked over and asked if we needed help. We were looking for lady's boots in the men's section. He told us to go look in the ladies section. After a while we found some great boots for my daughter. I wanted a nice hat but didn't know how to find them it. We got to deal with the most Texas man I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He took me to the hat section, helped me find what I would call an incredible lifetime hat. He helped me fit and find a quality hat at my value! He also completely shaped the hat to my liking.
