However, upon arrival, she found that there was only one white dress in her size. (When she was told differently.) During her visit, the owner contacted the employee my sister had spoken with and made comments implying that additional options were available, but were a size zero. My sister wears a size 6, and the way this situation was handled was inappropriate and disrespectful. She could hear the other employee through the phone. Customer service should always be conducted with professionalism, especially when interacting with young women. I wish I would have stopped here first! Putting on the Ritz has been helping girls for 30 years find the perfect Mardi Gras dress, prom dress, or pageant dress. The store has a large variety of dresses and their sizes range from 0-32. Putting on the Ritz also offers a 30 day lay-away with an $100 deposit. From the moment I walked into the door, I was greeted and my hunt started. I gave the lady a general idea of what I was looking for, and she pulled a few dresses that were spot on. The staff here really knows what they are doing, and the customer service is amazing! In less than an hour, I found the dress I was looking for. Another great thing about Putting on the Ritz is that they only carry a limited amount of each dress. Maybe 1 or 2 of each size for a particular dress. I loved not having to worry about another girl at this particular ball having the same dress as me, and even at other balls throughout the Mardi Gras season, I never saw another girl with this particular dress on. Considering most of the larger balls have approximately 1,500 other girls attending, this was a big deal.
