Awful Experience. Don't Rent Here. I picked up the suit after getting measured and it did not fit. It wasn't even close. This was shortly before my wedding. The store was apologetic and promised to have it altered in house. When I picked up the suit a second time the sleeves came all the way down to my fingers. I had to buy material glue strips to fix it myself. And the broken clasp on the pants never was fixed, so it stuck out the entire wedding ceremony. Don't rent here for your wedding. This place is a joke. None of our suits fit, one didn't even come in on time. Definitely would not recommend.

Went here with my dad a few months ago to get sized for a tux. The manager was literally losing her mind, huffing and puffing, scrambling around because it was apparently the morning of a prom. All employees were complaining, and one even joked about quitting. I figured It was just a bad day, and let so many things slide. We have a destination wedding and require people in the wedding party to go to their nearest store, and have the tuxes ordered to different stores in Florida. It's a little complicated, but the manager literally looked at me and said "we don't have time for this today, so you'll have to call the other stores and let them know what's going on." So I had to call stores and explain this to them on my own. Ok, sure, I still went with it. We were at this store for over an hour for ONE sizing, and we just went to pick up the tux 5 states away...low and behold, the manager was so rushed and stressed during sizing that we have to have a whole new one come in the day before the wedding. Pretty frustrating to have to travel to Florida, and travel back and forth to the nearest store. It's 2 sizes too large.....how does that even happen? I really can't express the attitude of the staff that day. At the time, I felt bad for them, but looking back, it was very unprofessional and they clearly held some guys proms as more important than one accurate sizing for a wedding. read more

If I could leave 0 stars for this absolutely terrible experience I would. This entire staff were beyond rude and disrespectful. Every single one of my groomsmen had issues everywhere from being told they were going to bust out of there pants to up-selling one or having him go with a color that was the complete opposite as to what everyone was going to have. I had to call corporate in order for him to get a refund since they did up charge him and corporate did say it was completely uncalled for. When my groomsman went to get his refund the manager huffed and puffed about it stating it was only a 60$ difference. I don't but these people know how to ruin such a great time in someone's life by being completely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! One of the groomsmen are getting married next and was actually considering this location but luckily my wedding was able to open his eyes and he will be able to look elsewhere for a good experience for his big day. They need an entire new staff or some extra extra extra training. read more

Looked all day for casual dress clothes then finally went here. Should have gone here first. John was most definitely the most help we'd had all day. He seemed to know what I meant by dress casual. We were out in 20 minutes, pants pressed and smiles on our faces. John is my new go guy! read more

I have never left a review for anything ever in my life. In this case, I thought it was warranted. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had trying to purchase something. The staff is extremely rude, and have little knowledge of what they are doing. After purchasing a suit and having a day to reflect on the treatment, of both my wife and myself, I decided to return it and take my business elsewhere. Shockingly, the return didn't go well either. They stated they were only able to give me a partial monetary return, but could not explain why. Then, they just gave me the customer service number and told me they had done all they could do. So I spent the money at this location, but could not receive all of it back? It was completely ridiculous. The staff at this location, are not only unwilling/incapable of performing their jobs, they are completely belligerent. After spending over an hour on the phone with customer service, it was finally straitened out. If you need anything (other than a pair of socks) I'd highly recommend going anywhere else; Regardless of the distance you may need to travel. This place is horrible. read more

There were multiple problems with the whole wedding rental. The first salesmen had the whole thing in a mess. He rented different suits to 3 of the wedding party. They lost measurements, lost deposits, one suit was dirty, lots of measurements were wrong .... etc. Very rude (male)manager told me how all the problems was caused by us and we did not do the rental right. Got measured for a tuxedo for my friends wedding and the measurements were literally so bad that I barely looked like I was a human being under this blanket they call a tuxedo. The measurement was made by a woman, so as a precaution, I'd avoid all females if you're a man at this location. I should have just went to my tailor and had him do the measurements and had them order the tux based on those. Pants are a good inch too long, jacket looked like it belonged on someone that weighed 220lbs instead of 160lbs, the shirt neck size was too small despite me insisting that I am a 15.25, she measures twice and comes up with 14.5 somehow. Pathetic. I guess the upside is that the shoe size was correct...oh wait, I provided that myself...thank god for that. read more

For my son's wedding, seven suits were ordered three of the suits were not measured correctly the pants were way too short and the shirts were too big. They need to train their employees to measure more accurately. read more

My husband and I just got married and he rented his tux from men's wearhouse. The fitting itself was not clear, I was under the impression my husband would be able to try the tux on at the appointment to ensure the best fit this wasn't explained until he was picking out the options for his suit. The woman who measured and assisted us was snarky. Days before the wedding men's wearhouse calls me to see if any other members from my bridal party still need tuxes, knowing well that they advised me if they did not order by the Tuesday before the wedding they would not be able to get their items in, during this phone call I questioned Cassie, the associate who called me about the bridal party, about my husbands tux, then she hung up on me, when I called back she had an attitude and informed me my husbands tux had yet to come. The following day I had yet to hear anything so I called again two days before our wedding when we were advised to come in for a fitting, at that time the tux was STILL unavailable stating there was a piece that had yet to come in. Finally on the third day the tux had come in. At the store they gave my husband attitude beyond belief. And the day of the wedding I received an email stating he needed to return his tux. This is the worst men's formal wear shop I've encountered on behalf of customer service. My husband will NOT be going again. The only positive thing I have to say about my experience is the tux fit him well. Aside from that men's wearhouse is a waste of time ANY time of year. read more
