I had high hopes for working with this company. They responded quickly and provided an hourly estimate that seemed reasonable. I setup an in person appointment for noon the next business day (Monday). Fast forward to Tuesday 6:30 Pm and I'm still begging them to come out. I had to reach out Monday at 2pm to be told that there were an emergency and they would be delayed. I received a text at 6pm telling me he should be showing up within the next 2 hours. So at this point it was going to be 8 hours after the original appointment. I asked for them to come the next day instead. I reached out Tuesday Morning at 10:40am to ask is they still planned on coming by. No reply until 12 with a simple response "yes". At this point I feel like an absolute fool (which I am) because it's now 6pm and I'm still asking for an update. I've decided that this isn't worth it anymore. It seems like this company has some decent reviews which might be the reason they are busy but I unfortunately did not have a decent experience. Not only did he snaked the drain pipe to the main line, but also he dissembled the pipes under the sink and cleaned them. Turns out that the pipes under the sink were clogged after years of use.
