Jaylen did an excellent job helping my sons find their suits for prom. He took the time to make sure they had the correct fit. They did not have time to do the alterations we needed but he recommended a tailor that would be able to get it done in time. Would recommend for sure. read more

I know nothing about tuxedo's, so when my son wanted to go to prom this year I took him to Men's Wearhouse. He had a particular style he was looking for (James Bond look) so when he mentioned that to the store associate, Kevin, he went right to work and put together a look from head to toe of exactly what my son was looking for. After attempting to get a tux from sav¥i; on Wednesday, March 23, 2022. "I was told it would not be possible to get a tux!" However, on the same Wednesday, March 23, 2022, about 10am; I went to the Men's Wearhouse in McDonough, Georgia. I was measured, tried on sample to get the fit right and my tuxedo was ordered and I paid. The service was great and I was able to pick up my Tux on Friday, March 25, 2022 (3 days later) for my brother's wedding on Monday! The wedding was out of town and I had to returned the tux on Tuesday, March 29, 2022. They said, NO Problem! Men's Wear House saved the day like a Super Hero. read more

Upon our first visit to Men's Wearhouse on Wednesday, November 15, 2016, Greg helped us select my fiancé's wedding attire. He was very helpful and told us he ordered 2 vests and 2 pants for my fiancé to try on and that they would arrive in 2-3 business days and that he would give us a call when they arrived. When Monday, November 21, 2016 rolled around we had not received a call. So my fiancé called regarding his order. A female answered the phone and was extremely rude but did tell him that there was something there with his name on it. We went to go back and try on the items and Greg helped us again. He brought over exactly 1 pair of pants and 1 vest, but it was not even the vest we ordered. Remember, he had supposedly ordered 2 vests and 2 pants. He then told us very flippantly that the items were out of stock, and that was it, no suggestions or assistance on how to solve this problem. We left with nothing and were so disappointed. It's been a while since we received such terrible service. Since we've been sharing our experience with others, many other nightmare-ish stories have come out about this location. I would not recommend this location. We were left with no wedding attire for my fiancé on a very tight time crunch. Thankfully, Brooks Brothers at Tanger Outlets in Locust Grove saved the day with superb customer service and a can do attitude! read more

I had an ok experience while picking out the tuxedos for my fiance and his groomsmen to wear during our wedding. Friendly lady, nothing special about the experience. The problem didn't come up until today, when the first groomsman went to get fitted.. he went to a different location(which we had been told he could do), and was told once he gave them our names and the Group Number that every suit in that group had been canceled except for the groom's..WHAT??? We were just there 2 weeks ago and ordered all of the tuxes--we never canceled any, and none of the other guys had been in to be fitted yet!! I was told by the woman at the Kennesaw location that I needed to get in touch with someone at the Morrow store, where we ordered the tuxedos. My fiance reassured me that it was probably just a technical error, something that could be fixed. I relaxed a little because I did still have the receipt...and then I called the store. I was told that one of the associates would have to call me back in 10 minutes. I left my phone number, name and explained my situation. An hour and a half went by.. I called again, speaking with the same person who had taken my information. He assured me that "someone WILL be calling you back shortly, it's just prom season right now and we are super swamped..it's a madhouse in here right now!"....that would have been fine if he had not told me someone would call me back in 10 MINUTES!! Maybe I'm just getting close to our wedding and stressing too much, but I still see this as unprofessional. Hopefully the rest of our experience with the store will run more smoothly. read more

So my wedding is 9 days away and the ties I have ordered and paid for arrived, however one of them is not the same gold color. I contacted my origianl store of purchase in Fayette Pavillon (the staff there has been amazing which will be a separate review) and they called over to this location to ensure they had the ties in stock so I could go by there and exchange the mismatched tie, if it was available. Upon arriving today, the "gentleman" working stated that they are indeed the same tie based on the sku. I agreed that they have the same sku number but that they are of a different gold tone. He processed to walk over and grab a couple of other options that could work, which neither one did. He then proceeded to just stand there staring into space instead of offering further assitance with locating another store that we could attempt to do the exchange. So I then proceeded to grab the ties I already purchased and walk out. I will not be returning to this location. Since I have been raised around all things related to tailoring and other fabric productions, I can see the subtle color changes and if you choose to work in this field (especially dealing with brides) then you should be able to do so as well. Now, my fiancée and I are driving to another location and hoping that this experience goes better. read more
