It's been quite a while since I shopped here. The store was tidy, organized and well stocked. We were immediately greeted in a courteous and professional manner. This is not a clearance or closeout men's store. I feel that the merchandise quality and style selection is on par for the prices. I visited the store the day before my father's funeral. We were well cared for. Not only was my family member properly fitted, but they made onsite alterations and had the suit ready the next day. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the salesperson we worked with but the experience left us feeling genuinely good about this place. I would definitely recommend this store. POST WEDDING UPDATE : EVERY SINGLE GROOMSMAN that was fitted at this location on Giacosa Place had the wrong fit in either pants, vest or suit jacket. One groomsman was given broken cufflinks too. This was such a terrible experience that not a single one of the future grooms will ever deal with Men's Warehouse again. One of the groomsman literally had to drive 2.5 hours to another location to pick up the reordered items, directly after the rehearsal dinner the day before the wedding. He ended up missing out on all the pre-wedding festivities and being there for his best bud who was getting married the next day. Men's Warehouses inability to properly fit a suit, which is literally THEIR ENTIRE JOB, is what caused so many of the guys to have a ruined day and night. When you're paying so much money for a rental, you shouldn't have these issues, ESPECIALLY THE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING. At least 2 of the groomsmen specifically mentioned the manager Natalie being there or being the one to fit them for their suits, which still arrived the wrong size. To whoever reads this that is associated with Men's Warehouse, here's some advice. When a person places an order, order a size up and a size down as well. So that people aren't left stranded the day before an important day. It's not hard to get measurements right, for most people at least. Since clearly the people at this location can't measure anything. When I came in to drop off the suit, the woman who took the bags also just wanted me to put them on the rack and leave. Alright y'all strap in! I popped in today at lunch time, looking for some duds for my sister's wedding next week. I had ordered a vest from Amazon and I wasn't sure if it was fitting right or looking decent. So I took that with me. Within minutes of walking in Miles came over and lended the biggest hand. Not only did he steam my Amazon vest, he made sure it looked perfect and had the right fit. He got my sizes for a shirt within a few seconds and had me all set up. Also needed a pair of jeans and he knocked that out of the park as well. Also steamed my shirt that i bought. I saw the low reviews after the fact.. but I don't think they represent this store. Miles, you're awesome man. Thank you for making this dreaded shopping day quick and easy! You're the man dude! Will definitely recommend this location to others and will be back myself! read more

Bad service, the lady is being rude, and this place is pretty expensive for shoes, like just for a shoe cost 49.99

Terrible customer service. Attempted to return shoes that were the wrong size(completely my mistake). The return policy on the back of the receipt clearly states the only thing needed to complete a return was the original receipt which I provided. The manager refused to let me return them because I didn't have the shoe box which is not what the policy says. Will never shop here again. read more

We went to our local Men's Wearhouse in Coral Gables for our fitting where we received 5 star service. The associate showed us what the tuxedo would look like for the wedding. He offered us the option with or without the vest. We arrived at this Giacosa location and OMG. We waited in line for at least 15 minutes before someone told us to sign in to be called. It was for a child's fitting so I was expecting some help. NOPE! Nothing that we ordered was in the garment bag. They gave us a washed out SUIT and some matte leather shoes with adult laces when we ordered a tuxedo with patent leather shoes. The kicker was that they told me that I needed to pay an additional $130 for the tuxedo that we already ordered and paid for back home. We were told that we could pick up the correct size the following day. Next day pick up: We had the same style shoe in a size 13 instead of the size 3 that we requested. The pants were still too big. The blaming started, the associate, Natalie stated that her coworker, Debbie put in the wrong order. I pulled the ticket and showed her that this was not true. The wedding party was scheduled to meet in 2 hours for photos and Natalie's solution was to offer me a refund which was kinda obvious. Thankfully, an associate named, Carlos, called the Southaven, MS location and found the shoes and started arranging for pick up. As Carlos is trying to coordinate pick up for the shoes, Natalie is in the background talking over Carlos and telling him what to ask the Southaven associates when she realized that he found the shoe. Just rude and completely unprofessional. My son still spent the entire evening pulling up his pants. I would not trust these people with a wedding or any event for that matter. The fabric looked washed out and overpressed without any shine. These tuxedos need to be recycled and replaced. Next time, I will purchase a tuxedo or pick up from my home Men's Wearhouse, but this is not a place to depend on for a forever event. read more

My husband recently lost 47 pounds and had to speak several times at an Orlando convention. We bought two suits, shirts and ties so he would look professional. Great staff but 2:1 or more deal always ends up w us spending about a grand anyway! They are busy right now with prom rentals so go before school is out. read more

Everyone here has a bit of an attitude problem. I would suggest going to a different suit place. The people that worked here were rude, curt, touchy (measured my father without speaking to him first), and bothered by having customers here. A different store would be better than the service here :( read more

I never go to the mall to get my husband suits -- I head here. Awesome deals -- deals like 'Buy one suit, get the second for $100'. The quality is great -- you can find good brands and leave feeling like you didn't have your wallet stolen. My husband seriously looks so sharp at weddings due to this place -- we love the ties and the dress pants. They carry Kenneth Cole, Jones New York, and many more brands of suits. They even carry Converse sneakers in a variety of colors. read more

I had to be in a wedding last week and the Tuxes were from Men's Wearhouse. This was a total disappointment. First of all, they took my email address (which I told them I don't want junk mail and they said no junk or advertisements will be sent), and they are sending me junk stuff everyday. Second, their Tux did not fit well, and their shirt was made from cheap / thin material and was way too big. Their tie was cheap looking and looked like a $5 kids tie. I had no choice to use their junk, but I have had much better looking tuxedo from other places. I would check other places for Tux before going to Men's Wearhouse for sure. read more

Worst experience! It took us 15 minutes for someone to even ask for assistance. When I finally prompted someone I asked what is the normal cost to rent a suit. She said we don't rent suits here, no one does. I said that's not true I have rented a suit before (not at men's wearhouse). She asked where and I said in Florida. She said well this isn't Florida this is Memphis, with serious attitude. So I left and went right down the street and low and behold the rent suits. I would not recommend this place. First and last time there. If you do go, try not to get the old Asian lady. read more

Way overpriced they nickel and dime you on everything. Not to mention they are rude when you return the item. They try to find more ways to get more money out of you after you returned the tux. Save your bank account and everyone in your wedding and go to New York Suit exchange. You can own the tux for more than half the price. read more

I usually stay away from Men's Wearhouse because I always feel pressured by the salespeople but I also like the styles they carry. I needed a sport coat for an upcoming event and decided to give the Bartlett store a try. I was tagged by a sales clerk within 5 seconds of entering the store. After explaining what I was looking for, she took me to the sport coats in my size to try some on. "I know this isn't exactly what you are looking for," she said when picking out one, "but let's try it on to see how this size fits you." The fit was terrible and she quickly put it back saying, "Well no wonder, this is the wrong size. Someone put it in the wrong section." Of course, the next jackets fit just fine. I don't know if this is company training or just her own sales technique, but it seemed obvious to me that she had deliberately chosen the wrong size first so that the next jackets would seem to look even better to me. I don't like being played by salespeople. Even though I had made it clear I was only looking for a jacket, she charged ahead and took me over to a counter where, lo and behold, several other clerks had begun displaying matching shirts, ties, trousers, and suspenders for the jackets I had selected and the pressure was constant - not quite enough to make me walk out but right up to the uncomfortable edge. Now all of this may be good sales technique for the store but I personally dislike it when a sales person takes over without taking the time to find out how I like to shop. Since this experience seems consistent with past experiences at Men's Wearhouse, I can only assume that this is how their sales people are trained. Making me feel uncomfortable to get me to buy something doesn't work for me. I will buy elsewhere. read more
