Walked in and was pleasantly surprised by warm greeting I received from store clerk. Store is massively big and right next to David's Bridal..... Very well played. Store was clean, organized and easy to navigate. Prices are very reasonable and they make sure the products fit you just right. I went in for one shirt and came out with three. This was the worst experience in getting my boys fitted for prom. We walked in and was completely ignored while they were walking around talking. Then finally when she came help us she had on no shoes then while we in the middle of telling her. What we wanted for him she stopped to check on someone else that walked in. The was on the phone trying to get them to get his tux reordered for it not being right. I have purchased over 50 suits in my lifetime. NEVER have I found a more unprofessional staff or more poorly run operation. Run from this store. Better yet do not go in to it in the first place. I was desperate for a new suit for an important event so I waited 25 minutes to be helped. At first they were busy but that ended in 5 or so minutes. While I waited longer, I saw up to 5 sales people standing around or going on break and coming back but leaving customers unattended. When I finally was helped the sales person was cold and impersonal. I must have been privileged to get their help. They were not good. They miss measured me. (I know this because I know my size and the next shop confirmed the size). When I tried to correct them I was told they were the professional and to listen to them. While assisting me the sales person left me multiple times as they had to clean a dressing room, go in the back for coffee talk with friends coming in and hold long personal conversations with other staff. Other sales people just standing around doing just about what this staff was doing - nothing. When suits were picked out they were obviously way too large and some of poor quality. I finally had enough when I was left a fourth time so that they could put clothes on the rack. Over all I was in the store 1 hour and 30 minutes. I asked to speak with the manager but I was told the manager was too busy to talk to me. I guess he was as he was drinking coffee with 3 other staff in my view and from the laughter they were having a good time I did not want to break up such a nice party with my need for a suit. Eventually when I purchased a suit at a competitor the suit chosen was 2 sizes smaller than the one the salesman was choosing.
