Good luck finding somebody who works in the department that you need help in. I came in looking for a pair of slacks/dress pants, and no one was anywhere to be found to help me. I walked throughout the men's department, walked to the bathroom, came back, found 4 pair of pants and walked to the dressing room to try them on. Surprise, surprise, there was no one at the men's department dressing room. I walked in, found an open room, tried on the pants, one fit perfectly, got dressed, came out, put the other three pair in a bin by the fitting rooms' entrance, and walked to check out. Typical Kohl's store - nice clothes, both casual and business attire. Store was clean. Was returning some items and didn't have any issues, either with the process or the staff. We love Kohl's and this location is no exception. Great quality of clothes, shoes and other home accessories. Store is clean and service is right. I love it because it's a one stop shop for everyone I the family. Brand names at good prices. Join the loyalty club because the coupons and Kohl bucks are awesome and keep us going back. One of the few stores that sell twinkle toes and that's huge for my toddler. Junior section is nice and they have clothes that cover my pre-teens tummy and is classy not trashy. Kohl's - I used to think messy, discount clothing place. But after this visit to this location, I think cheap, classy, nice, fashionable stuff. I was pleasantly surprised and ended spending way more money than I hoped - yet on high quality, nice stuff that I needed for a presentation. They have higher-end designers making clothes just for the store, like Vera Wang and do I dare add Lauren Conrad to this mix? Almost everything was on sale when we went, with signs above each rack for 30-50% off. They then also have clearance racks and so much to go through. I'm sure I could've spent way more money had I had more patience to browse. I didn't even make it to the shoe and purse section and I was in here for awhile. Staff were kinda absent, but the place is laid out perfectly you don't really need nor want any help. Rude store manger, very arrogant and dismissive. Barks commands in passing and doesn't wait for you to acknowledge or respond to he commands. Will be taking my business elsewhere if this is the culture of Kohl's employees. read more
