I just visited the store and more than disappointed in service. Not much of a complainer and not easily bothered, but I think a Men's suit store is one place where assistance in finding the perfect fit is important. I was the only shopper in a store with three employees, and they were more interested in having small talk with each other than assisting anyone. I made it all the way to the back of the store and did a few turns in a circle before being greeted, helped myself to a dressing room (which was a mess), and then helped myself to the register and sat there while all three of the employees were in the back (which I walked right past all three). While the two were sitting down chatting, one looked to the other to tell her I looked like I was ready to check out. Hoping I can find what I just purchased somewhere else, so I can go back and return it to Men's Warehouse. read more

Upon arriving at the storefront, the window and framing of the store was filthy. It looked like it must've been part of a reconstruction zone, however it was not. Went back a couple weeks later and it was the same. Absolutely unimpressive entrance. I have bought many suits that are over the years and used to really think a lot of it, but the customer service I received and the service that I witnessed with other customers in the store while I was waiting was extremely poor. I would never go back there. The place is much too costly to be treated like you're at some secondhand discount store. It's a no for me. read more

IN FRONT OF MY CHILDREN, I was yelled at by a transgender employee, "I AM NOT A SIR!!" Then he had a complete meltdown. I was told to leave and never come back as he threatened to call the cops on me. This happened in a store full of customers. read more

Completely satisfied thus far. Went in to get fitted for multiple events, as well set up an event for myself. I was approached immediately and told it would be just a few minutes. Not even 5 minutes later I was assisted. Directed to the rental suits I needed for groomsmen. Went through all the line items needed to knock out my rental setup. Was then measured and fitted for another wedding I am in. It's as easy as providing them the account number from that wedding account. Lastly I was walked through all of the parts of ordering my custom suit for my upcoming wedding. This was an easy process. For anyone familiar with custom suits I was able to pick everything I wanted down to the stitching on the burton holes ($600). Starting price was $360 before my add ons. They also have many selections on the rack with a ton of clearance apparel. Definitely will be returning for other men's apparel they have in house. Tech pants, shorts, dress shirts, jackets etc. A one stop shop for anyone wanting quality apparel. Will update my review once my custom suit arrives and I've been fully through their rental process. read more

We had a 6 person wedding party & was fitted by a female who assured me that when we came in at any time to pick up our outfits that they would make the alterations on the spot. We arrived 2 days prior to the wedding (when our stuff came in) to be told they couldn't make the alterations. I was fitted for a better fitting jacket and the manager said that wouldn't work and that I was basically stuck with what I had. Now I look like a pastor from the 90's. This place told me "we can't make that work" after being told they could do whatever. read more

We used this Men's Wearhouse for my wedding. I left a single $100 bill in my jacket pocket, and forgot to take it out before I returned the suit. 20-30 minutes after returning the suit, I realized I left the money in there. I called and they told me there was nothing they could do. I work for a company that rents things, when people leave things behind we tag it and put it in a safe, so they can always retrieve what they've lost. Would've been simple for Men's Wearhouse to do the right thing but they didn't and I will never return to one of their stores. read more

They should be as friendly when the items are returned as they are when they are rented. The female associate that checked our returns jumped to the incorrect conclusion we had an item missing and acted like we were trying to cheat the store during the whole return process. Stopped by to see about a vest/suit for daughters wedding coming up. Walked up and down the store looking around for about 5 mins. Passed by 3 desks and 5 employees, only one was waiting on someone. The others looked over but didn't make any attempt to provide service. Guess they were judging me in jeans and Harley shirt. Overpriced anyway. Careful who you judge. I'll shop elsewhere! read more

We started the suit shopping experience for my son's May wedding in October to make sure that everything was just the way they wanted it. To get the correct color suit we ordered custom suits and were assured multiple times that there would be enough fabric in stock to order two more suits for members of the wedding party that weren't in town. First issue - when they tried to order the material was "out of stock" we waited until the end of February to be notified that they wouldn't get that fabric in time and the five original suits needed to be returned to Springfield and new suits would be ordered. 2nd issue - the new suit was way to small for one member of the wedding (these are their custom fit suits) 3rd issue - they sent the new suit to Illinois not Kansas, 4th issue - suit for a different wedding party member is way too small after the suit was sent signature required to an apartment rather than the store as was requested, 5th issue - suit number 1 comes in way too big (Kansas store did a good job of altering it down in time for pick up the Tuesday of wedding week), 6th issue - shirt sold to father of the bride was way too big (found out day of wedding so made it work) The only compensation offered was free black ties which made the wedding party look more like a funeral so weren't used. Bottom line, we will not be back, the friends and family members of the wedding party will not be back and we will discourage people from shopping here. read more

"Would you like to rent or buy the suit for the wedding?" After the annoyed, put-off attitude I got when I told you I was here to be measured for a suit for a wedding, I sure as hell won't be buying. Why am I signing in to sit and wait for an hour, when there are five associates walking around twiddling their thumbs, doing nothing? "Sign in and wait. You'll be after the groups that have appointments." My getting measured would take five minutes. These big groups are picking out entire ensembles for weddings. I just need measured for one suit that has already been picked out for me. If I could give you zero stars, I would. Was going to buy a jacket and shoes too. And if I liked the suit, was going to buy it also. I guess you didn't want to sell $1000 of clothes today. read more

I originally came in to compare prices with other stores I had been to that day. I was instantly greeted and assisted by Michael. Not only did he find me the perfect suit within my price range, but he gave great insight on shirts and ties that would go well with the suit. I am a younger guy and relatively new to wearing suits, but he was very knowledgeable and took the time to teach me the basics. He was very friendly and quickly picked up on my needs and met them. I had been to 5 other stores before stopping by men's warehouse and thanks to Michael I won't be going to any other store to buy suits again. Best customer service I have ever had. read more

Nice suits. Very nice suits! Staff is pretty smart as well. I've rented tuxes (yay prom waay back when) and I've bought suits...never had a bad experience. A little pricey, but occasionally they have buy 1 get 1 sales which makes it better. Of course, that just tells you how cheap they get the suits for...but whatever. read more

Terrible service, Over 2 weeks for a simple alteration I even called the day before to verify. I showed up 2 days later the day after it was due, drove over a hour each way. It wasn't ready. Was told by 5 pm that night. Now 4 days after it was due I get a email at 9 pm saying it's finally ready. I will go to Jo A Banks across the street where I usually go. Work had me go here. read more

Consistently understaffed which causes long waits.... I needed a quick fitting and it took about an hour. We rented 8 tuxedos from Mens Warehouse in Springfield, MO for a destination wedding in Branson, Mo We picked them up on Friday assuming that they were to be returned on Monday since no one told us any different and the Wedding was Saturday night. When one of the groomsmen tried his on the vest had to be held together by a toothpick because at the time thats all we had. It was in very poor condition especially ffor the $225 per tux that was paid but we did not complain. What was rude and UNBELIEVABLE was when we took it back Monday BEFORE NOON they said they were late and was charged over $83 dollares late fee! They said that was a deal since it should have been double that. We contacted the home office twice and they said it must have been taken off because they couldn't see the charge but they would call me it there was a problem and gave me a dispute number. NO ONE called me back, the charge was on my credit card and I called again and filed a dsipute. Again Mens Warehouse office said it was taken care of. I just got my bill and again they reinstated it. The wedding was 1 1/2 hours roundtrip from the store. My husband was kind enough to take ALL 8 tuxedos for the groomsmen, fathers, etc back to the store since everyone else was busy leaving town, and NOONE told us it was suppose to be back SUNDAY. We didn't even think they would be open. This MENS WAREHOUSE is out for every buck they can bring it. Tey care NOTHING about their customers! read more

We rented a tuxedo for our son's first prom this year, and Denise was very helpful. We tried another place for his 2nd prom this year, and our son mistakenly grabbed the wrong jacket at the end of prom, which ended up being from Men's Wearhouse. Denise was very helpful in tracking down the tuxedo jacket that we rented from another store and went through almost 300 tuxedo rentals to locate it. She could have ignored me after they got their jacket back, but Denise took the extra effort to find the jacket. They gained a customer for life in me! read more

These guys are amazing. I went in, needed a dress shirt, pants, and shoes in a hurry! They got my measurements, asked me what colors, found a tie, hemmed the pants and presses my shirt. I found the perfect size shoe too which is rare for me. Everything was done, ready to go in less than 30 min. I walked in, picked out my stuff and walked out in 45 min.
