Recently, my son purchased a 1995 Chevrolet 1500 pickup from this business. I could not be more happy with the service be received. JSI staff worked very hard to bring the truck up to our expectation. They put a lot of time, effort and money into fixing it right. The truck ran rough the first time we drove it and stalled on acceleration. These guys dig deep and figured out the cause of the problem. I know they had to lift the bed to get into the fuel tank and replace the fuel pump. They did a lot of other work to the motor. They even found a rusted brake line during inspection and fixed it. They could have easily passed it off and let it become our problem later. These guys told me that they take their reputation seriously and that vehicles leaving their lot have to be right. I could tell they took pride and integrity in their job. They were very accommodating of my busy schedule and they helped my son learn some things about car buying. Overall, this was a top notch buying experience!. I highly recommend them. The shop was busy too, the entire time I was there. Don't let the simplistic look and the run down appearance of their real estate fool you. These guys have their heads under cars all day long. They can do things I can't!

But, more importantly, he managed to proactively bring up a problem that two other mechanics may have noticed but didn't bother to try to solve for me: a bunch of leaks. He offered to steam clean the engine so that we could track the leaks in a week's time. Looking forward to bringing it back to him next week so we can plug those leaks.

Yesterday in this heat my car decides to break down...I needed a tow truck..used AAA who told me it…read morewould take about 45 min..that sounded fair...only to call me back and tell me, ooooops we were wrong..after calling the tow truck on call they were backed up 3 plus hours. I was overdue for my scheduled meds and it was 90 degrees at 5pm..i asked them to please call around ... In the mean time I called Douglassville Auto and Towing..explained my situation..They sent someone right out to get me... I called AAA back who then says they were in contact with this company and it would be approx 2hrs. They said they explained my medical situation and 2hrs was the best they could do... I then informed them to cancel and told them I too had called and they were on their way !!! Ohhhhh i hate to be lied to !! The driver was very nice and caring and showed up in record time. The fee for an after hours call was far less then AAA.also !!! Thank You to this fine company for caring about people in need !!!

You knew parts were removed, you knew it wasn't drivable and in the end you knew it had been stolen. I understand you have a business to run, but you did nothing but tow the vehicle and it sat in your back lot for 6+ months before I was even contacted (pa law says owner s/b contacted in one month). I know the jerk who took the vehicle is to blame but you could have worked with me and not have me arrested, not sure what that proved, but I did lose my job and my personal vehicle So you will get your money, maybe you should put it in some type of fund to help others rather than hurt them
