She exfoliated my skin and then didn't change her gloves and didn't wipe off correctly and so when she was putting serums, moisturizer, and sunscreen on all the little beads of the exfoliant were being scratched all over my face again. After I left there were still exfoliant beads all over me so I went home and washed off everything she did. She was very nice but this is something that shouldn't happen. I don't think she even did the actual hydrodermabrasion. The room I had my facial doubled as an office, which i suppose is fine but all the lights were on, there was no calming music, loud noises coming from outside. I'm so upset because i've gotten a hydrafacial in the past and left glowing. This was not the same.

Unfortunately, at the end of my wax, I was left covered in baby powder, usually I'm cleaned up but on top of that there was still bits of wax and hairs all over me. I pointed this out to them. They went back in and remove the hair from the areas that I pointed out. It wasn't until I arrived home and showered, and then the next day I noticed so many areas were missed. I've put off writing this review for a few weeks because my practitioner was so nice and I had a great time chatting with them. But the actual attention to detail wax was very disappointing. I may return and try a different practitioner someday. This was a wildly different experience from my previous waxers, and unfortunately not in a positive way. The lack of attention to details so frustrating, especially now I have to go home and be raising hair on my own after paying for it to be done. The reason I'm giving four stars instead of two or three is because they are very friendly accommodating there. And I'm sure if I had called the next day to go back they would've made space for me to come in. It felt like a very professional place. I always get either the special pedicure or the honey one! What I love most about this place is they really cater to the massage. You can either get a 20 minute foot massage or 15 minute foot massage and 5 minute shoulder massage. I always get the 15/5 because who doesn't want their shoulders massaged after a tough work week. They serve complementary wine as well which is another plus! I also feel like the prices are fair and the gel pedicure last at least 4-6 weeks!

I brought in a very clear inspo photo and even a backup option, but what I ended up with looked nothing like the design. The tech told me it was a different technique than what it actually was, used the wrong base color, and even after I showed the photo again they kept pushing forward instead of just being upfront about not being able to do it. The manager tried to fix it, but by then I'd already been sitting there for over an hour and had to settle for something much simpler just to make it to other plans. My total came to $145 for both my nails and a gel French pedi. While I understand that's on the higher end, I would have been fine with the cost if the service matched what I asked for. Instead, it felt like there was a real lack of transparency and communication. I wish they had just been honest from the start about not being able to replicate the inspo.
