Mark Crossfield was referred to us by our bank when we were making updates to a mortgage and our title. We figured following the recommendation was better than cold calling someone out of the phone book (or more realistically Google as we don't have a phone book). It was easy to get a convenient appointment with Mark on short notice. He was well organized and prepared for our visit and explained things well using everyday terms and let us know what steps we'd need to take. He took the time to answer our questions and to ask us some good questions we hadn't thought of. The visit took just as long as he said it would and everything was taken care of in one shot. He even sent us a follow up email with tips that related to one of our questions. He was reasonable priced and what he charged us for was exactly as expected. As a first time mortgagee I was a little unsure what to expect and he put my mind at ease and delivered everything in a timely, hassle free fashion.
