I enjoyed , for only around $9 dollars, the best ice cream in Mendoza and maybe in Argentina.... I'm not sure if the ice cream in Cuba, at Coppelia, is better or similar to heladería familia Perin ... but for sure a delicious ice cream. They have been in business more than 60 years. They know their business.
