They cleared down the fault, and ask me to montior any changes whilst driving. I asked how much this would be for doing the diagnostics, and they nothing. As it was due for a service I booked it in, and as the car had the Jaguar Allegiance card, I also got a discount on the service price. When I went to drive my car away, I noticed that they had done a complete valet insdie and out. Very impressed. Definitiely recommend.

Their car park is ridiculous as there are very few spaces and it's very difficult to turn round in. It's right across Birmingham for us to get to but they have never offered a courtesy car when the car has gone in for service. The stereo system started playing up along with numerous other things and the car went back in the garage to be fixed, except they told us it was fixed and it wasn't till we got halfway back across Birmingham that we realised they not fixed anything at all! It has cost us a lot in petrol tooing and froing to he garage and they haven't once given us an apology. We won't be taking the car back to that garage and wouldn't buy another car from it.

The car was priced at just under £3,000 and a member of staff took me out in it for a test drive after I'd looked round the vehicle in one of his spacious garages. The car was fantastic to drive, with superb grip and a very sporty feel. However, I disliked the staff's pushy sales banter and decided to leave it due to being unsure about the colour and condition of the interior. A week later, I spotted a similar car online for £2,250. It had a better specification, lower mileage and was in much, much better all-round condition. The staff at Boldmere Motor Company are friendly and their forecourt may be enticing, but be warned: the cars here are overpriced and you're likely to find a much better deal somewhere else.

Upon physically seeing the car, it did not disappoint and was prepared to a high standard and drove well on test drive. My relatives requirements changed in terms of the vehicle she was looking for and I did not go ahead with the planned purchase of the VW Golf. Andy returned my deposit without any fuss and was what can only be described as a gentleman in the circumstances.

I purchased the seal at a cost of £8.82 and from start to finish including removing and replacing the under tray it took me 20 minutes to fit. How can a garage justify these costs? Update on my review - Listers VW Nuneaton called regarding my review and explained that I was given the wrong price for the intercooler seal fitment and credit to them they did apologise and offered my a reduced price MOT and a courtesy car as I need to drop off the night before my booking. Although this mistake should never have happened an apology does go a long way to restore some faith in the motor trade. So for that alone I have decided to increase my star rating from 1 to 3.

The car was a VW Polo GTi I ordered the new car and was given a build date and I could monitor the progress of the build, on line. I wanted the car to be delivered for the new registration but also wanted to avoid the changes in car tax as from April. The agreed price for the car was more than competitive and Listers also arranged for a cherished number transfer. All of the details, specifications were spot on in terms of the car and the service provided. The Car was delivered ahead of schedule and was delivered in a covered lorry to my home address. All aspects of the service were explained to me, and I was asked whether any additional work needed to be brought to their attention. A confirmation email was received following my booking. The excellent 5 star customer service continued when it came to the day of the service. A phone call was made to me to inform me of the additional work that needed to be carried out, asking for my permission for this to be done after dropping my car off. They then telephoned me to let me know my car was ready for collection. When it came to collecting my car a breakdown of the work carried out was given, including future work that required to be carried out was explained to me fully. A visual health check document was given, so I could clearly identify what work and checks had been done on the car. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this garage again, and would recommend to friends and family.

Dealer called BSM in Lichfield to get the codes for computer as I didn't have the service book with me, we were told it was not possible to get them from my file as it would take too long! Girl on phone was rude and abrupt. Then ended up speaking to sales manager as service manager was out, only to be told he could do nothing and stated that I had not purchased the car from them. Ended up being recovered from Hull. As I had been a customer for the last 5-6 years (my car and my wifes) I found this level of "service" unacceptable, and they have now lost a customer

They have a decent selection of cars available, which are parked out on the street during their opening hours. Their window display also has a whiteboard showing their full stock list. Their repair and MOT centre does a brisk trade. As I have a pretty old car I have trouble with it from time-to-time and I always ask the fellas there to take a look. Most of the time they simply offer advice (such as the time my wife left the car without petrol in it.....rather embarrassing!) but on the odd occasions they have done actual work on the car they have always been reasonable in their estimates and prices.
