Everyone is calm and proficient, and the front desk person was very sweet. I have to say that my first impression was terrible because if you call after hours to make an appointment as I did you will talk to somebody on a call line somewhere else and they will get it wrong. When I arrived for my 9 AM appointment, they asked me to go to another location because I didn't mention that I have several different income streams. So call during business hours. Great customer service because the manager is very diligent and obviously supportive of her staff. I had Jacqueline (9 years' experience) and she was terrific. As for fees, I paid the same as when I had a tax guy with his own business, but the plus here is that you are with the person who is working on your taxes the whole time you are there. You can ask questions and they can ask you questions if your tax return is a bit complicated.
