Told Allison Hamilton about my ex's illegal business operation, first thing in mediation she says "we know about the business but we won't be using that as leverage." Then proceeds to convince me that our deal was "one of the best i've ever seen." The deal? Me having to pay retroactive child support and a stair step method that takes years to get to standard custody. Not only did she see my ex pushing back for me getting time with my daughter, she helped her give me the least amount time possible with my daughter. Never asked for text messages, no phone recordings, no evidence of anything. It gets worse, the day before judge is scheduled to sign our mediation agreement i call to get the time for court because i want to speak to the judge, and this woman tells me "this isn't a normal court setting, no one is appearing before the judge she is just going to read it and sign it because we all agreed to it already." Come to find out after looking over the court documents, the other party SHOWED UP IN PERSON. They knew i was going to complain about their work to the judge and lied about being able to appear in person. I already talked to other lawyers about the case and they agreed, they not only did the bare minimum but also lied to me. This is my experience working with these people, if they call you acting concerned, they're not. They are only here to take your money and do it while doing as little as possible.
