They were extremely helpful to us at any time that we needed assistance. This hotel is an awesome location because it is located near a business center with a shopping mall inside of it. Inside of the shopping mall is the Auchan, or the grocery store we would call it. It made it SUPER convenient for us to be steps away from a mall with a grocery store. This hotel is also right across from a bus terminal and train station. So if you're traveling late in the night or when it's dark you don't have but about 20-30 steps from the train station doors to your hotel door The room was clean. I had a single room with a king bed, couch, table... I liked the room. It however didn't have a microwave in it. Kind of wish it did but we still managed without one. The breakfast here wasn't all that great. Croissants, bread, rolls, oranges and bananas, cereal, cold Pancakes, and a few other things. I guess my tastebuds are used to an American breakfast style so this wasn't too fulfilling for me and my family. I personally wouldn't recommend adding the breakfast to your stay. Just go out some place and eat. Or order through Uber eats. Other than that this trip was amazing, part of it due to this awesome hotel.

Expedia overbooked! Freakin' Expedia!!…read more Luckily the lady at the front desk found a room for us, and let us stay at the Expedia price. After our check-in, the hotel was completely booked to the point where a sign had to be placed on the outside of the hotel. I wish I took down the front desks ladies name because she really was a life saver. Without her, we would have been two lost, and completely useless American's running amok in France. Lol. Other than that mess, hotel was okay. I remember seeing macaroons in the lobby, and I regret not having one. The metro was within walking distance, and that was really convenient. To tell you the truth, I don't really know what to expect out of a French Hotel. I know I will never stay in a Hostel, thanks to Eli Roth. lol. (Watch the American horror-thriller film Hostel, and you will understand. Lol.) Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable and look, I'm still alive, all my limbs still intact, and no injuries! Life is good. Lol.

I know that it has often been said that hotel rooms are…read moremuch smaller in Europe, but I found this hotel till appeal to a frugal American. my room was large enough to accommodate two adults. I was on a tour, so I was roomed with someone I didn't really know. That made the spacing between the two twin beds a little awkward. The bathroom was large and updated. They were plenty of plugs to charge all of my electronics. And,The thermostat gave me enough control of the room so that I wasn't freezing. The hotel staff was very accommodating. They were fluent in English so there was no issue with our communications. The food was really good for a hotel restaurant. The bread was fresh, the jams were local, and there were enough options so that our many varied dietary issues were accommodated. But really the best part of the hotel was the convenience. Right outside the door was in our ER station, and write down the street was a grocery store with several shopping options. If you're from the states this one feels a lot like a Days Inn or a Comfort Inn.

Room was somewhat clean, remote only partially worked and was really sticky (like gross sticky). Room had three beds but no where to put your luggage other than the floor. Just yuck. Motel 6 is ten times better, this was more like a Motel 2. Hotel was booked by Explorica. Run, don't walk away from both.
