Went to Family Practice...Had an appointment....minimal wait. The needed X-Ray was not a long wait. My husband sees a man here who is a nurse practitioner who is excellent. Worst experience, waited for over an hour in the waiting room then was told oh they had you in the board as being in a room. Got back to a room where the reception asked us back. waited an hour and a nurse finally came in and said has the dr been in? No, She came back a half hour later has dr been in no. Dr finally came in and said let's do some labs etc. still waiting over 2 hours for labs. A nurse or no one has been in to check to see if my husband is even alive. There is blood on the tray in the room, sheets are dirty, dust everywhere. It is absolutely filthy. I would not suggest anyone ever. Especially if an emergency. I have never been more horrified of a medical facility in my life. read more

long wait times - very slow with test results! Avoid.Avoid. Avoid.Avoid. unless desperate

I came to the emergency room to have a looked at in my leg and groin area where another hospital had already minimized and treated as a simple infection. But I knew something more was wrong. The staff and the doctor on call were amazing and very accommodating. They treated me with respect and immediately started running test to get to the source of the problem. After finding the problem, they reached out to my urology doctor to see what she wanted done and then they had me transported to another hospital for further care. Hands-down, best emergency room experience I've ever had. There was little time and I got all my results back very quickly. I am very pleased with the way this hospital and staff listened and didn't just write it off as a simple infection like the other hospital did they gave me and did very well at controlling my. I highly recommend to anyone who lives close by and is looking for a good hospital to go to. read more

What an amazing ER TEAM! From the moment I walked in to the discharge. Best care I've ever received in an ER!

Went in mid January 2019 after being really sick for about a week. When I got the bill, I had to pay it a couple weeks later, which I did pay in full. Since then I've had collections trying to get the full amount plus gobs of interest. Like my original payment meant nothing! They owe me for all the stress and hassle, my time is valuable as well! read more

Recently visited early on a Saturday. They were not busy at all. Still, did not want to listen to you. Receptionist was rude and treated me like I was a child that knew less than dirt. The physician would not listen to all symptoms. She shut me right up. Left feeling like I wish I would have gone anywhere else. Bad visit! read more

Was there with my wife Dec.23 2021,This was our 2nd trip there 1st trip was pleasant .But the 2nd trip was a very unpleasant experience. The person trying to get blood from her was having problem getting it so they switched to her other arm so they bandages her arm up which was bloodied mess and bandage mess.After they got the blood they needed from her other arm they tested it. In meantime they took vitals ,ekg,xrays,ect.After a few hours of waiting for all results her other arm was a mess so I thought I would ask someone at desk if there was anyway someone could please clean up her other arm that had been bleeding and a mess,one of the nurses said sure I'll be in to do that,when she came in she laid her cleanup kit in my wife's lap then looked up at my wife and said you want to clean it up my wife said no I have a needle in my arm and a thing on my finger she said I can take off that thing on your finger my wife then said I don't really want to do it so she looked at me and said u want to clean it up ,I said no then she said ok I'll be right back I have to go get some gloves.Guess what she never came back.After a while the Dr. Came in and said nothing came up on all the testing and they were going to release her. I DID mentioned to the Dr.. that the nurse that came in to clean her arm up left to get gloves and never came back.After he left Then another nurse then came in and started going over her dismissal papers.I stopped her and said stop you can go over her dismissal papers after you clean her bloody messy arm up.so she went out and came back in and started cleaning her arm up as she was cleaning her arm up she made a comment like we don't usually do this. So I said it's your job and you can't honestly think your going to release her like that .As she was cleaning her up the other nurse stuck her head in and said very hateful sorry I didn't come back but I had a patient that couldn't breath and that trumps cleaning up her arm.I told her absolutely. The nurse then finished cleaning up her arm and handed me her release papers to sign didn't even finish going over them so I just scribbled on it handed it back she turned and walked out never again will this happen to us!!Terrible atmosphere!!!! read more

Had two heart attacks since 06 .last two times I had chest pains and other symptoms like numb feelings they made me feel like I wasn't worth their time that I was annoying them by going there.thank God each time it wasn't a heart attack but I'm not a doctor so how do I know if what is going on with me is life treating or not.becase I have gone from time to time they now act like I'm a hassle that's how they make me feel.gave it two as last time I went at 2am the staff acted nice and the old doctor I had did care.if able go to Clermont mercy in Batavia, Better yet if you can go to Anderson mercy. read more

I took my son to Mercy Mt Orab for a groin pain. It took over 3 hours to send him home with a groin strain diagnosis. However, my issue is not with the diagnosis. My concern is in the manner that the doctor conducted herself. She walks in asked my son who is accompanying him? Clearly it states on the paperwork I'm his mother. Then she presided to say" can you leave the room so, I can ask your son questions." That still wasn't the deal breaker. After I stressed my concern that I have to wake up early in the morning. Can we just receive his medication in order to leave since she diagnosed him. The nurses comes in gives him the medicine walks out and 15 minutes later the x-ray tech walks in to get my son for x-rays. That took another hour of my previous time. All in all this was not a good Experience for us. read more
