The Healing Arts Center in Branson has been my trusted care ficillity for a long time. The reason…read moreis because of people like: Jenny at the front desk, who's friendliness is only rivalled by her quick and acurite high level of knowlage in relation to the function of the clinic. Her healing smile says one simple thing to me: "Friend, we care for you". Thank you Jenny Shane, who keeps thing running in physical therapy, makes me feel like I'm on the show "cheers" "Where Everbody Knows Your Name". The difference is that the show was tv. Shane is for real! I was having problems keeping up with my appointments. Shane jumpped in and made sure I recieved a call or text to remind me. Times when I was late or missed an oppointment Shane was quick to rescheadual even though it was my blunder. The tone in his voice tells me, "Don't worry, I got your back freind". His actions do much more, they prove it. That kind of friend is healing to my soul. Thank you Shane. Rose, displays kind, caring and deep concern for pateint wellbeing. She pateintly listens and is eager to help. I know this because of the multiple times she has assisted with my care. Rose makes sure the equipment which is part of my therapy, without fail, is ready and waiting. Professionalism and determination for patient healing are atributes I'v watched Rose perform with excellence. Rose responds to pateint theraputic concerns with a high level of healing respect and healing dignity Thank you Rose. Emily, shoots strait and true. How do you look into the eyes of someone you CARE for and tell them about health care news which will rip their heart out? Do you know someone who can do that, while that someone administere confedence that no matter what happens they are in the pressents of a freind who is strong enough, smart enough, capible and willing enough to stand with them while exhausting every option posible for healing? I thank God that I do, and her name is Emily. Thank you Emily Terry, hard core, protective and highly respectful, integration of her physical therapy skills with patient needs is what Terry does with out hesitation. Terry is hard core on her dedication to patient success, protective against injuries, possible weakness and pain. She achieves this in a manor kindness walking beside you. I usually walk out of the Healing Arts clinic, after pysical therapy with Terry, feeling like I'v been vissiting with a long time friend. The best part about that is that my pain level has gone down and I feel like my body is healing. Terry is a professional at making that happen. Thank you Terry Alison, talk about someone who won't take no for an answer, I am so happy to have Alison as one of the therapists involved in my care. She will not let me slack on my part and there is no doubt that she far exceeds expectation of her part in this healing process. I can see it in her eyes. She is dedicated to excellence because she cares. Alisons' steady hand coupled with her steadfast healing attitude has kept me on track for many years. She explains the process of care and treatment in a simple and matter of fact manner. I have been discouraged at times. Thats when Alison is incouraging with her can do healing attitude. Thank you Alison. Dr Willhight, from student therapist to doctor, I would never have known that Sarah was a student when she first came to the Healing Arts center, had they not have told me. Her professionalism, knowledge and direct methed of care gave me a high level of confedence in her abilities, not to mention she was a joy to work with. I see no change in Dr Willhights' level of care, from student to Dr. And why should there be; her performance already surpassed my expctation, and still does. So when Dr. Sarah Willhight does something amazing in the art of healing, I'm not suprised. Thank you Dr. Sarah. Lindel

Not to be short of mentioning that Barbara was very pleasant and effective with all of the data collection and transaction fees, on the phone and in person. Based on what I paid most recently in Florida, I got a heck of a deal. Dr. Jarrett shared his story with me and made me feel like a valued client. Then he proceeded to evaluate my situation and offered exercises and knowledge I lacked. He's also a great listener. Then, it was on to the rack for the adjustments. I'd been spoiled for many years with my previous chiropractor in Wichita, but honestly, Dr. Jarrett was so impressive and effective at his treatment, I literally felt like I'd met a new friend, not just a doctor. In closing, there are okay, good, and fantastic service providers. Thanks, Dr. Jarrett, for being FANTASTIC today; you definitely will have my continued support for all of our family's chiropractic needs. I cannot recommend his treatment services and protocol more. Yelpers - we need to stick together and support local businesses that excel a their profession. This is one of them. 5 Stars don't lie when you are looking for a great one.

My family and I had been clients at Rise for several years. The therapists were great. However, the…read morereceptionist at the Fayetteville clinic and the lack of response has made us all change clinics. I 100% understand and agree with the 15 minute late policy. I was meeting my son for his appointment, and told them he was on the way and we would check in once he arrived. He was coming from school, and around the time of dismissal it began to pour. He is a brand new driver, so it took him much longer than anticipated. I was watching his tracking and kept the receptionist updated. At 13 minutes late he pulled into the lot. He got out of his car, ran across the lot, and was standing right outside the door (dripping wet) when she announced to me that they would have to reschedule. I told her he is right outside the door, and we were fine with making his session 15 minutes shorter. There was no intention to make the next appointment late. I also understand the policy, but 30 seconds "too late" after he had ran from his car. I reported this and never got a response. I cancelled the rest of his sessions, and we have found a wonderful new place. I also know their policy is not that inflexible. I am rarely late to anything, but one time I hit some crazy traffic on my way to the Springdale clinic and I was over 15 mins late. The therapist still took me and we cut our session short. I just don't tolerate rudeness or lack of compassion, and therefore we will not be returning.

She has been incredible and I truly have noticed a difference in my discomfort and healing journey. Megan is extremely professional, kind and validating to your experiences. She stays encouraging and refocuses you gently. I will continue to recommend her to anyone who has pelvic floor recovery needs, regardless of if it is related to birth!
