They suck, it is 10:00 in the morning and they cannot check people in because a nurse has failed to do their job.

I hate that my parents live in this area because you can not get adequate care. Mercy is the worst. The times my parents have been transferred they DO NOT RELATE ALL INFORMATION TO THE NEXT HOSPITAL. Having to repeat yourself so many times and having a doctor tell you this is new information to me. What? My dad was at two mercy's Springfield and then Lebanon, within a week. When he was transferred to Phelps, they didn't send notes with tests. We didn't see the doctor for a couple of days and when we did things like when the pain started and how is started was missing from his file. So shame on you and be prepared for a lawsuit. I will gladly take all your your cults money. Your negligence caused delay in his care and delay in his care caused irreversible damage. So not use mercy. They are not good. I live in Oklahoma and don't use them either. Not a good hospital. Phelps or Cox is WAY BETTER! read more

Amazing group of people working here. We're visiting from out of town and the nearest ER is 30 min away. My son is very pron to pneumonia and or any kind of respiratory infection so we panicked but a little to late. They close at 5 on fridays and we kind enough to see us when they were all wanting to head home. Amazing reception amazing nurses and doctor! I had a terrible first experience with Mercy. I want to start my review off by saying the receptionist weenie so sweet. I absolutely loved how they treated me, and a few others that I noticed while in the waiting room. Once I was called back to meet my new dr. It went downhill fast. I made the appointment as a follow up from my last physician who suddenly stoped accepting my insurance and Dr. McCaw brushed off all my worries and concerns. I had an anxiety attack in the office and was handed my follow up papers and justt told to come back in 3 weeks. read more

This review is specifically for their accounting staff, as the doctor who performed the blood draw was fair, simple, nothing too out of the ordinary. That was approximately a year ago, where we paid and everything was done. We then got a call several months later stating we owed money from a bill collector sent by Mercy Clinic. We immediately called Mercy as I willingly pay any debt I owe, but Mercy has nothing on file. I was told it would be handled, and trusted it would be. I now receive letters in the mail every couple of months stating I owe money, and that they're attempting to reach a settlement, but every time I call, they have no record of any debt. This was for one blood draw, less than an hour in the office, and now They won't stop sending letters over a year later, for a debt they have no information about. If they can't handle the billing for a simple blood test, I wouldn't trust them with anything. Stay far away, unless you want headaches from their billing department every couple of months. read more
