I went here to print a poster for a friend's party. I live close but don't frequent this location…read moremuch. The staff was super friendly and extra helpful. They casually walked by as i sat down to start my order at the kiosk and one of them asked what i was printing so she could prepare the printer and then told me there was a coupon i could use and wrote down the code for or me. She also told me how i could get 2 free prints...how awesome! She mentioned to hit the help button at the photo station desk when i was ready for my pics to be printed so I did that and another helpful lady came over and assisted me further. I told her i wanted two frames because there was a sign up that said buy one get one half and she said it was no longer valid but adjusted the price anyway! I left and came back because i needed two cards and i went to another super friendly lady at the checkout and she was very quick efficient and had a great personality. It's nice in times like these that you can still get great customer service once in a while. It doesn't happen often but when it DOES, I like for people to know how much it's appreciated! I will definitely be coming here more often.

Almost to the end of the little bin and I was verbally assaulted by Andrew and Shay. Andrew had to drop an F- bomb and Shay told me I could NEVER return to the store. That they did not have to put up with my bad attitude. All I know is they were so close to me I was afraid they were going to take a swing at me or something. I was trying to get close enough to see if they were high or something but I could not. Just a scary event. No person deserves to be treated the way Andrew and Shay verbally abused me.

I have been using this location my whole life and enough is enough. I have been battling between…read morethem, my Doctors, and my insurance company to get my medications. This location, specifically the half-bald-male-pharmacist was very rude, almost with a level of resentment and malice, constantly dropped the ball. This man would immediately say "we tried, your insurance won't approve for the 5th time, there's nothing I can do for you" he also insulted my use of government insurance and was explicit to say "you don't have insurance you have Medicaid, and your medicine is $1,300" as if I have any control of prices. So I went to the Walgreens on Erb road and after 4 months of dealing with this issue and very rude Pharmacist, the Erb location approved my medication on the very first try because they actually used the "Diagnosis code" that I informed the Pharmacist about every single time we spoke for over 10 phone calls. It kills me to know that there are people who have much less wit and will power than myself who are not receiving their medication due to people like this angry man ignoring basic functions of his own job (like entering a diagnosis code that his customer is explaining to him). Anyway. If you want to be fought with, insulted, and probably never receive your medication this is location is for you! I cannot express how disappointed and insulting my experiences have been here. I will never come back, have been a customer for 20 years.

First time I've used this pharmacy and never again! All local big pharmacies were out of my…read moredaughter's medication. It is on back order from the manufacturer. This pharmacy had it in stock so the dr sent the script there to be filled. I am the subscriber for the insurance. I am the carrier of the hsa card. I am the one who verified with them that the medication was in stock yet they would not let me pick up the medication. She has been out of her medication for over a week now. She works later than they are open and leaves before they open. She has been on this medication since 1st grade and is currently 21 years old and has NEVER picked up her prescription from any pharmacy we have had it filled at. This isn't the first time we have had to find a different pharmacy to fill it at due to it being out of stock. As I entered the pharmacy today I initially thought, maybe I should transfer our medications to a smaller local pharmacy I stead of our usual Walgreen's, BUT nope!! The pharmacist was rude! He said it's MO law and they follow the rules. I questioned it because of all the above reasons I mentioned prior- no other pharmacy has ever refused to allow me to pick up this or any medication for her- and he said well she should have an id to come get it herself. Hopefully she can make the time to go get it, but never ever will I go there and I will share this with anyone who will listens this is why CVS AND Walgreens hold the market share. They may not be perfect, but my daughter has never suffered without her medication longer because of them making their own rules. I find it hard to believe that Walgreens, Sam's, Costco, or CVS all just dont follow the rules. And according the image from HHS.gov the patient is not required to pick it up- I had my ID, we have the same address, I am the insurance subscriber and she is my dependent on the policy. This pharmacy and pharmacist was just being rude and difficult.

Dear whomever runs your pharmacy,…read more There was a brunette female working the counter there this afternoon who was judgmental and rude. My doctor (not the unqualified human checking me out at a pharmacy) sent a prescription over for 3 medications. When, I asked about the third being missing I was treated like I was the asshole for asking about it and she was giving me an incredible favor by filling it one day early. Let me share something that you all may not be aware of.... By the time the patient gets to the point of purchasing their ghastly overpriced medication, I promise you, our medical system has already put them through substantial hell. Allow me to elaborate on 12/12/25, I regrettably attempted suicide. I have been on 6 psych med changes by "qualified" physicians since July. That's 10 months. Imagine how well my body and mind are adjusting. For the first time, since my attempted suicide I have the same prescription for the first time for 2 consecutive months. How hopeful I was feeling after my appointment today thinking thank God, no changes, delays, meanness. Thank, God. Until, I arrive to your pharmacy, where Ms. cashier makes me feel like shit or a peasant begging for my pills. And if she wasn't the pharmacist who DEDICED whether or not I need my medication an hour after a visit with my doctor, then shame on your business 2X. While I fully understand your commitment to following public safety laws that are there for a reason, you clearly had the capability and stock to fill all 3 of my prescriptions today. Ms. cashier or pharmacist, I don't recall either of you discussing my diagnoses or medication with me ever. Folks, when it comes to mental health drugs, that one day you think is cute to fuck with could be the silent choice between life and death you would never even hear about or notice. I wonder what the suicide rates are for their patients vs. Walgreens? Overall, this is a lovely establishment with kind people. They have been my pharmacy since moving here 5 months ago. I'd like to stay with private pharmacies to support them for their personalized care. However, I certainly didn't feel that today.
