One of the best investments I made in myself…read more Quick Whys? - Works with your timing as early as 5AM - Easily reachable over text message - Friendly and knowledgeable! - Knows how to pace and push myself (hint: learning how to what your body is telling you into exercise) - Love how she is positive especially with all of us 9-5 workers - Love her analogies to help me visualize, e.g. imagine a credit card as you squeeze your back - the gym she has us workout at is a gorgeous place with AC, space, and has clean bathroom - reasonable priced! If you are still at all hesitant, here's a list of what I gain from my sessions with her in a bit more detail: 1. a real, trustworthy and sound advice on various topics (e.g. nutrition choices, fad/trends, glp1, meditation) from someone who been in the medical field and now in the fitness & health field who isn't afraid of sharing her own experiences 2. How to really engage my core; now I can engage while during meetings and even in the car! 3. How to tell when it is okay to swap over to higher weights; knowing my strengths and how to push my boundaries is really helpful to prevent myself from accidentally injuring or straining myself 4. At home or limited equipment alternatives to equipment workouts; not everyone has accessibility or time to reach a gym so her knowing what are some at-home or in-motion alternatives is helpful (e.g. using a stretchband at work to strengthen my arms when I get a bit of downtime) 5. muscle & form education - learning what is the right form for workout and understanding what muscle groups are being used. Example: Learning what muscles are being engaged when you're doing hammer curl vs bicep curl helps me understand what I want to tighten. 6. How to take care of myself for long term wellness (e.g. walking backwards on treadmill helps with strengthening the muscles around me and make me feel more confidence that I won't injure myself) While I'm not a success dramatic picture worthy case, the confidence, the knowledge & practice she instilled into me will be life-long. Truly one of the best investments I made in 2025!

One thing I can say from working with him is that there are a lot of misconceptions and false information when it comes to fitness and working out. Working with Eric has set me on the right path as far as how to get the most of my workouts with the time I have. He teaches one how to make sure one gets the most from the exercises while ensuring you don't need to do a two hour workout. He is very attentive to form and diet. I've gotten many insights about those as well. I've been able to see progress in my reps and weights. In just one month working with him I've seen my waist and hip size go down one inch.     I had been a patient of Cynthia Thaik for several years. At a certain point, I developed PVC's at…read morefirst they were minor. However, after some very stressful events in life my PVCs started to rapidly rise. Overall I would say outside of dealing with PVCs Dr. Thaik was through in testing and monitoring and providing options like nutrition as a means of addressing heart health. However, once my PVCs started to rise she wanted to immediately put me on medication. I was concerned of course but also wanted to understand the root cause. Why was I suddenly experiencing these PVCs. Rather than having other means to investigate she wanted me to start medication. When I asked if we could address other factors to find the root cause she became upset and even recorded a statement to dictate and record that I was not willing to start the medication right away. Needless to say that is when I stop going here. And also, happy to say that I'm proud for trusting my gut and getting several opinions. Which eventually lead me to less than 2% PVCs without out taking one pill or any procedure. It took a Dr. the was willing to observe me while I worked on addressing several potential root causes. I was bummed because before the PVCs w/o any issues she was a good Dr. Who offered meditation, nutrition and testing as options. But the holistic aspect of her approach is limited once a concern arises.
