They were still wrinkled and obviously NOT CLEAN. I asked her why they hadn't cleaned it, they'd had it over a month, and she insisted that they had. She tried to tell me that all of the dirty spots still on there were stubborn spots they wouldn't get out. I argued for her for several minutes and she refused to back down that they had been cleaned and got pretty rude about it. The problem lies in…read morethe fact that there is no number to call to check your balance on the card and despite the card saying that there's a number on the machine to call to check your balance when I call Cleary's to get the number on the machine there is no phone number. I don't know if this is a scam to get people to come back to check the balance on their card thinking they can do their laundry and then finding out they can't because nowadays with the way money is and the way people are having a hard time of it there should be a number to call to get your card balance. I have dealt with many card operated laundromats before and this has never been a problem there's usually a number on the back of the card or there's a number on the machine that the person at the laundromat can give you. This is bad business. They don't care whether or not you have to waste time to go down and get your card balance even if you have nothing on your card and barely any gas in your tank just to see if you have enough money to do your laundry. Awful setup!
