They use large commercial washers to so the basic service doesn't include anything you can't wash in one of those major washers even though you could wash it in your washer at home. So anything that says "tumble dry low" or anything like that will result in an upcharge that will be more than if you had just sent it to a local cleaner in the first place. Your basic plan will cover real heavy duty things like underwear, t-shirts and sweats. Anything else will get you nickeled and dimed. Avoid.
