The grounds are kept clean and I see someone outside every day around 7am picking up after the ground. I don't see my neighbors too often. Most people are young professionals; families; nurses working at Christiana hospital. There is a gym, pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts. Mailboxes are right outside each unit. You have your own washer and dryer and balcony. The heat and AC work very well. Clean apartments with good management. Off Route 7, 273, and I-95. If there is ever a problem just call the office. They will leave notes at your door for complaints (i.e. if people are being noisy or not picking up after their animals). They did an excellent job cleaning up the snow during the two 20" snow storms we had this winter. Downsides - around holiday season there is a lot of traffic as people get last minute gifts at the mall. In the mornings it's easier to drive down to the 273 exit to get on 95 because of congestion.

Dishwasher is efficient and dries the dishes too. The water pressure is great in the showers. The washer and dryer are full size and work very efficiently/quietly. There are great playgrounds places all around St. Andrew's which is great for our little one. Kids are outside utilizing the basketball court, people are outside jogging and walking their dogs.
