People have got to understand that these facilities are understaffed, they are trying their best to care for each patient. If you're there visiting your spouse, or grandparents and they need to go to the bathroom, the staff are busy with other patients, please be considerate and change them if you're that concerned. Also a side note about their food, I happen to love their food, I have eaten there many of times and I find it to be really good. She let me know that she sees a lot of people and doesn't have the time to find out what my symptoms are from. She did not perform an exam or ask me hardly any questions. She couldn't have cared less and was extremely condescending. It's heartbreaking to be in so much pain and pay for that type of experience. I was in the room for under 5 minutes proscribed something that she changed several times and sent on my way to figure it out.

He was talking to me about life and death matters while wheeling his chair all over the office. He also sent me for two completely unnecessary CATscans, after I'd already had way too much radiation in the past six months. If he was more knowledgeable, he would've sent me for a PETscan, which I then had to get anyway. He used fear tactics to try and get me to take medication when my new oncologist in Seattle was wise enough to know it was better to titrate up. Thankfully, I transferred my care to Seattle and work with someone who is as kind as she is smart.

I was told I did not need appointment but once I arrived was asked why I didn't have one. Then because I didn't have an appointment, I waited for an hour and 45 minutes for literally a 3 minute blood draw. Once I was finally brought back the MA wanted to perform an entire pre-employment physical/drug test. To which I explained, I only needed to have a blood test. The MA was like oh sorry. I asked if this was why it took so long and her response was that they are short staffed. Poor quality, poor organization, poor customer service. If I could give them negative stars, I would!! Next time, I am asking for another vendor and I'm letting my employer know what an absolute waste of time this office is.
