I have used them twice, and both times they were very friendly and got me to where I was going quickly and for a fair price. The first time Judy picked me up, and it was a very pleasant experience. She got me where I was going without the clearest of directions, and even struck up some good conversation on the way. The second time Lori was the driver. She was very professional, and we also struck up a bit of conversation, and got home in a very reasonable amount of time. Both experiences were very pleasant, and should I need transportation in the future I know who I'm gonna call. Also I enjoyed talking to their dispatchers. I used to work reception at the Oregon convention center, and after talking to dispatch with several cab companies in Portland they were a joy to talk to. They got complete information which made the trips more smooth.

We were told 15 min for pickup. We sat on the front porch eagerly awaiting our ride. After 20 minutes I checked my phone to discover that my ringer was off. There was a missed call from our cab driver who was lost. I immediately called him back and apologized for the ringer being off. He was irate and began yelling at me that I was irresponsible for leaving my phone off. I apologized again but was berated horribly. He insisted that he had been to my house- which he had not. He yelled and was using crude language. He was so rude I told him I would call another company and hung up. I wish I would have asked his name. At this point, the driver began texting me abusive statements. I was so shaken up and could not believe that a person providing customer service would treat a customer so rudely and unprofessionally! The driver's comments were ver batim- which I saved and took screen shots of: Cabbie: "Vampires can't see themselves in the mirror...I bet you can't see you in your mirror" My reply: "I'm reporting you" Cabbie: "Let's call the police. I love it when an idiot calls the police" My reply: "This is harassment. End it now." I blocked his number at this point. I would highly recommend NEVER calling this company lest you get this rude and unprofessional driver. Nobody should ever be treated this way by anyone providing customer service!! This person was beyond unprofessional, they were abusive and horrible and harassing. I truly hope that Green Cab figures out who this cabbie is and terminates their employment. Sadly- it seems that the company doesn't see this as an issue. This is their reply to my complaint: "We're going to expose the rest of the story on you... you left out the whole truth about you...
