We were told 15 min for pickup. We sat on the front porch eagerly awaiting our ride. After 20 minutes I checked my phone to discover that my ringer was off. There was a missed call from our cab driver who was lost. I immediately called him back and apologized for the ringer being off. He was irate and began yelling at me that I was irresponsible for leaving my phone off. I apologized again but was berated horribly. He insisted that he had been to my house- which he had not. He yelled and was using crude language. He was so rude I told him I would call another company and hung up. I wish I would have asked his name. At this point, the driver began texting me abusive statements. I was so shaken up and could not believe that a person providing customer service would treat a customer so rudely and unprofessionally! The driver's comments were ver batim- which I saved and took screen shots of: Cabbie: "Vampires can't see themselves in the mirror...I bet you can't see you in your mirror" My reply: "I'm reporting you" Cabbie: "Let's call the police. I love it when an idiot calls the police" My reply: "This is harassment. End it now." I blocked his number at this point. I would highly recommend NEVER calling this company lest you get this rude and unprofessional driver. Nobody should ever be treated this way by anyone providing customer service!! This person was beyond unprofessional, they were abusive and horrible and harassing. I truly hope that Green Cab figures out who this cabbie is and terminates their employment. Merry Christmas" So I am interpreting that to mean they think trying to contact them a full week in advance was last-minute notice, and rather than just respond accordingly at the time, or in the last 2 days, they blew me off and basically said we're too busy and don't care to even reply (unless maybe they feel bugged into replying?) Good for those people who know they're flying 90 days in advance and know the specifics enough to call that far in advance lol I gave an extra star in recognition that I could be misinterpreting their responses. She got us to and from our event safely in rush hour traffic, with snow! She was so wonderful, I actually gave her a hug when she dropped us off. The limo was immaculate, inside and out.
