I booked Showcase's pink Dodge Charger for a concert. Everything about the experience went seamlessly. Booking was straightforward. The driver contacted me ahead of time by text to introduce herself, provide her contact info, and to ask about chilled champagne and sparkling apple cider. She showed up early. She got us to and from our event safely in rush hour traffic, with snow! She was so wonderful, I actually gave her a hug when she dropped us off. The limo was immaculate, inside and out. Nope nope nope....they never sent a confirmation email for our reservation so we had to call back 3 times. They kept saying we were in the books and then missed our appointment (hmmm ....surprise). They apologized and said the driver had a different time down-then said they would send us a gift certificate. Still haven't received one yet-and I don't expect to, since they couldn't even get our information right after 3 calls. Pretty unfortunate, as this was supposed to be a fun surprise for someone having a very tough year. We were willing to even pay their silly rate. So many folks let down by this business. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I reserved a limo for my daughter's wedding 3 months prior to the event, and had several check ins during that time, including the morning of the wedding, to confirm times, pickup locations, etc. However, they did not show up at the planned time!! The driver called at the time he was supposed to be there and said they were in a different town over 2 hours away. It was devastating. The driver did show up 2 hours late to do a token ride, however there was no a/c in 96 degree heat, so even that was miserable. DO NOT COUNT ON THIS COMPANY!!!!! read more

I had the fortunate opportunity to hire this company for my wedding and they did an amazing job. We had some issues getting some of our guests to the wedding, because they didn't want to drive their personal cars and leave them overnight. Showcase saved the day by offering shuttle services from Eagle to Emmett for the guests. They made adjustments on their schedule to accommodate our special day. I am going to recommend them to everyone I know as well as any clients who come into town. I would also like to mention they had roses and champagne in my Wife and I's limo at the end of the night. Rodney took awesome care of us from Boise to the Barenaked Ladies concert in Nampa. He thwarted traffic and did it all with a smile.

We had to cancel the limo we had reserved. We gave a WEEKS notice when we cancelled. At the time I cancelled the reservation I was told we will be charged full price and be issued a gift certificat e/credit for Showcase to be used in one years time. I was never told this policy when I reserved the limo. I can understand maybe a $100 cancelation policy with advance notice but being charged full price and issued a credit to be used in a year is ridiculous. read more

Easily the worst company to deal with on every level. The owner was caught in no less than 5 lies when justifying taking our money for Roundtrip and just not showing up for the pick up part of the roundtrip. He is just unprofessional, dishonest, vulgar, and not a man of any trust confidence or honesty. If you look him up he is also not the kind of person his criminal record says should own a car company in my opinion. When they did show up The driver was nice and tried his best but the car was dirty and in horrible repair, squealing and sounded like it was about to breakdown. When I called furious and embarrassed following Monday to complain and get my money back the girl was very nice and professional but even she was unable to get her boss and the owner to answer her. I told her that I had guests I had getting into Ubers after waiting for this guy to BS us and give us the run around then turn his phone off. she was sure the accounting lady would refund us no problem. Surprise! She wouldn't and said she would talk to owner to see if she could! I got a late crappy dirty car with outdated tech making it cheesy and impossible to even play music for the first 3/4 trip then completely ditched and both these ladies have to talk to the owner to do anything at all. The girl that answers the phone all day seemed scared to even answer a question and feared management obviously. This is apparently common place for this company. Save your money and energy these people will show up late with crappy dirty cars and then not show up ever again and abandon you at venues. I have found lots of others saying the same. No refund still- the owner never did call and the girl that was helping me I finally had to text and she said she doesn't work there now. They just quit responding too. I filed a dispute but wow! How unprofessional can you be? Don't count in this company for anything important or special you you and yours. read more

We used them for shuttle buses to and from our venue and had their stretch hummer limo pick us up and the rest of our bridal party up after the wedding. All our guests RAVED about the shuttle. They got to arrive in style and blast music to their hearts content to the wedding! It hyped everyone up, they were ready for a fun night and allowed them to let loose knowing they had a ride back! The owner, Zach was so great! He worked with us to develop a timeline to be sure our guests had time to arrive and worked out any hiccups without even having to contact us on the day of! We hired Showcase Limousine when we were in Boise for a concert. Our driver Rodney was absolutely AMAZING! He showed up early and was the friendliest guy ever! He was so accommodating- he even played the music we wanted and offered to make any stops we wanted on the way to the concert. After the concert, he was RIGHT there. He had us out of there within 3 minutes. He was so accommodating, he was even willing to take us to Taco Bell before he dropped us off at our hotel. Mind you, it was late at night, we were his last ride and he had a family waiting for him at home! Outstanding!!! read more

They made the whole process so easy. We ended up deciding not to have a wedding at all and when I contacted them they were very understanding and worked with me. All ready have SEVERE doubts about this company. I reserved a car. They required a $50. 00 depositremainder due before service. I asked that they call back with final price. Service was still several weeks out. I was never called and the full price was charged to my card that night. Price way higher then initially discussed. also overdrawing my card. These people at Showcase Limousine are AMAZING! I rented a limousine from a different company for my daughter's 21st birthday in February 2020. The DAY OF her birthday, at around 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon, I got a text message (not even a real phone call) from other company to let me know they couldn't make the reservation after all because someone else came through with a bigger order and for more money, and basically their agreement with me was terminated. I was LIVID. I had 15 young adults coming to my house in FIVE HOURS! I found Showcase Limousine online and was thrilled by their instant warm reception and immediate attention to detail. Not only were they super professional and punctual when they arrived, but they accommodated me ultra last minute and made my daughter's 21st birthday one to remember forever! They really helped me out last minute, and saved me from a complete Mom Freak Out episode. LOL I received a detailed email and up to date texts on the chauffeur's arrival and drop offs, so I knew my daughter and her friends were safe the entire time. They even took the time to decorate the inside of the limousine with balloons and a birthday banner too! There was a red carpet to every entrance they went, and everyone was not only treated like royalty, but they all had a fantastic time! We have used Showcase Limousine twice in the last few months and they are excellent. Both of the drivers we have had are outstanding. Alex and most recently, Ernie. They were extremely professional, on time and there when we were ready to head home. Great drivers, fun conversation and beautiful, clean cars. Had booked this limousine for my daughters Quinceañera. We booked for an hour from 3-4pm. She just wanted to take a little ride from our house to get coffee then drive around a bit before being dropped off at the venue. The limo was 25 minutes late, by the time they all got on and left my house, it was 3:30. No time for anything because we had a schedule to keep and needed to start at 4. The driver was nice and very apologetic but it doesn't help the fact the my daughters special ride didn't go to plan. I know things happen but I emailed them hoping to get some kind of apology from the business and maybe even a partial refund because we didn't receive the full hour we paid for. Do not use this unprofessional service. I have had nothing but trouble working with this company. They mixed up invoices, didn't return calls, never answered their phone. We hired them to pick up the bride and groom. They called after they were already 25 minutes late saying they were still 48 minutes it's out. I called Zack to have him cancel the ride and he said that's not how it worked, he was going to charge me a cancellation fee when it was his company that didn't show up. He told me the wrong driver would be there. I told him the driver that actually called me, they were two different people. Luckily Idaho town car was at the venue for my family and they offered to take the bride and groom to their hotel. Thank you Idaho Town Car! Zack was supposed to cancel the ride but he didn't. Horrible service!!!! I booked them for our Wedding day. The driver sucked he could not wait ten minutes to take me down to the Venue on my Wedding day. Every time I called or they called me it was a issue. The driver drove so fast nobody enjoyed the ride. We paid 400 dollars & my parties that were supposed to be picked up at the end of the night that had been drinking & no ride home just because the gate was locked. Called me when I arrived at the hotel & said sorry I am leaving gates are locked. I had no time to call my friends & family to let them know the limo guy had left. What a huge disappointment this company is. Do not book with them. I booked the Hummer H2 Limo for my sons 10th birthday as a tradition n our family for all 10th birthdays. I confirmed with the driver, picked out balloon colors, candy choice, scavenger hunt...everything coordinated with them. Paid my deposit and planned 2 weeks in advance. The day of the surprise party came (none of the kids knew just the parents) houe full of kids and we're waiting and waiting...this is the whole party...and no one shows up! I called, they can't find the order, they don't know what happened she said. She called the driver and he didn't own up to his mistake either...he forgot and can't get to us now. Totally ruined the party and surprise. I called another limo company to get something pulled together ASAP and they said they get calls like this all the time about Showcase dropping the ball and it's keeping them very busy thanks to them messing up. He said they just picked up a wedding party because they cancelled 5 minutes before the ceremony. I will never use this company and am telling everyone I know not to use this company. read more

If all you get out of this review is one thing, let it be this: Don't come to this place unless you like being toyed around with and having the price fluctuate at any given time. At first this place seemed perfect. Then as we started speaking to them, the more the price kept going up and up. The price was reasonable to begin with, but by the end of it all, it was about $70 more than previously stated. When we decided to cancel they said they had to keep the deposit (which is understandable), but they were also going to debit my account the full price. Excuse me? No. They claimed to have sent us an email with the cancellation policy which was a flat lie. They never even asked for our email address, so how could they have sent it? After a lot of going back and forth they finally settled with just keeping our deposit. I would never recommend this place or even think about using this place again. (I tried to give zero stars, but apparently that isn't allowed.) read more
