Had a camera repaired there a few years ago. They charged quite a lot and the repair didn't work…read more Luckily, the manufacturer kindly replaced the camera, after I contacted them. I emailed an enquiry to them 3 days ago. An automated reply said the email had been received and I would get a reply as soon as someone became available. After 3 days and no reply, Im guessing they are very short staffed? Very unprofessional? Still as useless as last time I used them? So far up their own backside, they treat people poorly? Take your pick. Not sure how they even deserve 1 star really.

Their labels are good quality and come in a variety of shapes, sizes and colours, starting at less than £5 for 500 according to their website (although unless my memory is playing tricks on me, last time we ordered we paid around that much for a bag of 1000 labels hmmm). However we particularly appreciate their iron-on name tags, which are invaluable for reuniting our 5-year-old with the various items of clothing he seems to leave involuntarily at school. The tags can be ironed back on if they start coming off too! All in all I've used these people (by mail order) for nearly 20 years now and have no hesitation in recommending them.

The prices are very reasonable but the service is second to none, why venture to the faceless high street stores when you could go here? We hire suits for black tie events from here, measurements are always taken and they have a large choice of suits, cufflinks etc - in fact they can supply all you need for that special event. The shop is small and intimate and the parking is on the street outside the shop or across the road in the old Budgens car park.

Sold me a new waist coat that he said was my size. I tried it on and it seemed a bit baggy. He said that I could adjust it to take the slack out of it using the slide at the rear( which while wearing it I obviously could not see). At this point he pulled it tight as he stood behind me to demonstrate (I know now he scrunched the back with his hand and did not use the adjuster) so I handed over a very large wedge via my card ( I also paid for some tailoring at the same time). As soon as I got home I tried it on and as advised went to adjust the slide only to find it was at its full most adjustment. Took it right back to the shop an hour later. As soon as he saw me his attitude instantly changed. I politely and calmly explained that it could not be adjusted any further than it was and that could he please exchange it for one a size smaller? He immediately became very aggressive, stating they had a policy of no returns and no refunds. I explained that under consumer rights he was enforcing a policy that was incorrect and operating out site of consumer law. He then just told me to leave, which I did. For my part I am in my fifty's, I do not in any way shape or form seek confrontation and consider myself a polite gentleman and genuine shopper. My advice is to avoid this aggressive, rude and money grabbing con man at all costs!

Watford Gap is a motorway service along the M1 by J16 and 17, operated by Roadchef…read more It is separated into Northbound and Southbound depending on the direction of travel. I visited their Southbound services. On both sides, there is the traditional Roadchef offering of McDonald's, WHSmith and Costa. The Southbound location has the additional offering of Leon. It is quite small for a motorway service station in general, and the seating area is limited, but given the fact it's only 10 miles in each direction to the next motorway services, Rugby and Northampton, it's forgivable. Certainly not the largest or most attractive motorway service location, but certainly does the job, the 24-7 McDonald's is useful as it provides hot food that can cater to dietary requirements including my gluten-free requirements at all hours of the day (or night). I wouldn't stop here though unless directly targeting either McDonald's or LEON as there is much better along the M1. 3*

At the checkout, I politely inquired whether I could return the shoes if they proved to be too large.
