The staff are very friendly and will help you choose, however I believe that they do not offer refunds, so do not buy from there hoping to be able to take it back if unsuitable. We thought she'd like the bus better. Then she said they also have a phonebooth, and we were not sure which to get until she said it'd be 35 pounds. We went with the slightly cheaper one ND so glad we did. It's actually perfect for mom. Says "call me" on the bottom in a heatt. Mom always wants us to call. They have their own makes of all the products: most are good quality. You can get nine pairs of crystal earrings for £6, a bargain! Hairbands are in the £4-5 range. Great bargains available in the sales, lots of fun stuff to put in party bags! The staff are vigilant and will approach you immediately with a basket as you browse the store. They can also advise you on what looks great. They usually offer some incentive at the till too.

Saw the reviews about these guys, so went in (a bit sheepish) and explained my problem. 5 minutes later I walked out with a functioning watch, with the back reattached and me educated as to how to set my watch minutes. Total cost: £0.00! Yep, no charge. I have a few decent watches that will now be getting their servicing done here. Great customer service.
