Ended up having to go elsewhere for a proper cut and a moisturizing treatment and then paid an additional $120 for new products to preserve and heal the condition of my hair. Notified the salon and they absolutely would not refund any of my money and stated only 2 other customers complained in 25 years of business and they've never refunded anyone. They claim the best they could do was to offer me the same services that I had already gotten elsewhere plus a toner. I definitely do not have confidence in going back to the same place that already messed up my hair to possibly mess it up further. These pictures were taken by the 3 stylists at the other salon who were appalled that the stylist who did my hair even had 20 years of experience and strongly advised me to get my money back.
