When I contacted the owner, Jen, with photo evidence, she admitted there were concerns with the final result but completely refused to issue a financial refund, offering only to have us come back in. Because the technical application was so deeply flawed and messy, I am not comfortable letting them touch her hair again. It is really sad that Jenn considers this 135$ worth. All the products are well organized, and the shelves are well stocked. All the staff are skilled and professional, while greeting customers with courtesy and friendliness.
