She does not have her own policy, and wanted to force me to wear a mask. She tried to make 'other accommodations' for me by coming in on a time where 'she is off' to do my hair, and my wax. Yes, I have a medical condition, but no I'm not 'sick' or endangering anyone else and am following local guidelines. I walked out of there. In 30 minutes: I had a new salon in Edmond, OK scheduled and they even apologized to me for being medically discriminated against and worked me in fast. Also, I had a new wax place located in Edmond, OK where they, too, apologized for my experience and said of course they would never discriminate and, per ordinance, are not allowed to say anything to anyone not wearing a mask anyways. So, take your business elsewhere if you have a medical ailment since this business does not know: 1. The law/ordinance and 2. Is disrespectful to those that meet medical exemptions.

However, despite having booked my appointment in advance, a group of girls came in that the salon was not adequately staffed for and despite having been told by the person who recommended her to me that the girl who was doing my nails was by appointment only, she was asked to do theirs as well so the other employee could go to lunch. One of the other women started to rush her and stood over me for around 5 minutes while the poor girl tried to finish my nails. I have never witnessed someone be so utterly disrespectful to both their staff and customers.
