I felt sorry for the kitchen as someone screwed up & that fish should never have left the kitchen looking so clearly burnt. To add insult to injury I pulled out a 1.5" bone as well. The side salad was unbalanced in flavour with something slightly off. My husbands steak was hands down the ultimate winner. Cooked to absolute perfection & seasoned beautifully. Requested medium someone in the kitchen knew exactly what they were doing & it was a perfect cut of meat. The accompanying mash & greens were tasty too.
