The order is the Brisket Sandwich!…read more My husband (a born and raised Texan) was craving BBQ on our way home from Moab. After a quick Yelp search, I found Smokey Bonez BBQ food truck. After a quick visit to their Instagram, I found their location. Next thing you know, two croc wearing travelers are walking into a Cattle Auction! The truck was easy to spot: bright orange! They had a menu of classic items, although a local told us they change it up. My eyes went for the Burnt Ends, while my husband ordered the Brisket Sandwich. I hate to say there was a winner of the two, but there was. The Brisket Sandwich was piled high with the perfect combination of lean and fatty brisket. It just melted in your mouth! There may have been a battle over who got the last bite haha. :D Luckily, we got the same side of Potato Salad. Although, I should have challenged my husband for the last bite of his, as well. It was absolutely delicious! Beyond the great BBQ, the owner of the truck and his family were ultra friendly and kind. It made us feel like we were back in TX for a moment. Everything you want in a BBQ experience. If you ever randomly spot the bright orange Smokey Bonez BBQ truck, GO!

The cheese was delicious and so was the pulled pork. The chips were just Tostitos like but honestly amazing all around Brisket sandwich - some of the best bbq I've had in Colorado, for sure. The bbq sauce was so so good. The brisket was tender and flavorful Cowboy Beans - omg the beans were the best beans I've had in quite a while! We all ate them so quickly. Service: Very friendly! Ambiance: This is a food truck so hard to describe this one

It was honey, cinnamon, and coffee. I drank the whole thing. I thank the barista for their recommendation. For anyone who finds themselves in Delta, this is the coffee shop to visit.

So one morning my husband and I got here when it opened and were pleasantly surprised by every aspect of this place. Super fun, welcoming, funky, artsy vibes. They have art for sale on the walls from local artists. Eclectic furniture for lounging, working or studying. They had a few games for playing, an area for littlie kids to play. The walls that were covered in art also had little areas of exposed brick that I found super cute. We ended up getting a few coffee's for us and to take home to some of our family. Everyone really enjoyed their coffee's. Our favorite one was The Grind, white & dark chocolate, amaretto, hazelnut, and an extra shot of espresso. I highly recommend getting it hot. It was devine! They also served assorted pastries and bagels. We got a Blueberry Scone and a Jalapeno Bagel. Both were perfect. There was young man and woman who opened the shop and helped us out. They were both friendly and warm. Not long after we got there the place was packed. They did a great job of keeping up and being friendly. I could hear that a lot of people who came in were regulars. Always a good sign! So you can be sure that anytime I visit my grandparents I will also be visiting Doghouse Espresso!
