Just…read morehad a complete Kitchen tear out and remodel and a 1st-floor bathroom upgrade: -Everything they do is never assumed and as pre-planned. I planned out and designed my entire kitchen remodel and they did it 100% to my specs. I have no idea how they can give you a timeline to completion but they did even with a few "OOPS" along the way concerning pre-existing structural errors they had to correct 1st, prior to proceeding. -100% professional and I trusted all the workers to be in my home for a few weeks. I was lucky and am retired so I was home during the complete install. A very tough position to be in if you're a contractor because you are very likely to have interactions with these guys during the day and what a pleasant experience I had with all of them. This is the 1st. day without any of these guys and I feel a little lost not having them in my home 5 days a week for weeks. -These guys respect your home and your wishes 100%. Always spent a minimum of 30-45 minutes every day to clean up any messes that were created by the daily construction. -Always had at least 2 guys a day here working from the minute they arrive and NOT stopping until end of day. Never seen such integrity in a hired contractor before and work ethics second to none! -I had over 5 estimates and Joe was the first one to respond timely and none of the other 4 contractors measured up to Joe. My gut said "Pick Joe" and I'm 100% satisfied not only with their work but their ability to accommodate my needs and wishes were always addressed. Each of their specialized workers was extremely personable and I had to often catch myself, as I was distracting them with chat, from performing their job. -I not only have a new "Go-To" contractor but have made some new friendships along the way. What a wonderful and positive experience I had. Let me save you the aggravation of seeking a great contractor. Truly one call and you're all done. Oh yea, their price was not only competitive but extremely reasonable. At "no" point did I ever feel I was being taken advantage of. Go for it!!!! So I got to say working with these guys was a definite mixed bag…read more I have a contractor out installing French doors into the backyard for my garage when all of a sudden the electric stopped working in the garage. Now I work from home out of the garage, yes even in December, so this was a pretty big deal! No blown breakers, no clear issues. I called the electrician I have used in the past but he was busy for the next week so I went on the Irondequoit Facebook page and I ended up finding these guys. Over the phone they were very professional they were even able to come out that day in a few hours to check out the issue. They arrived promptly and were able to figure out what the problem was pretty easily and the rates were not horrible. Whenever you hire a skilled tradesman you know there's going to be some costs just have them check out the problem. The issue comes with what happened after they left. They left about half of the breakers in my breaker box flipped for some unknown reason. Maybe it was part of diagnosing the problem but they were the breakers that I was having an issue with. Where it gets worse is that one of those breakers was to my hot tub! I'm a new hot tub owner and we've only had this thing for less than 5 months. Turns out when you shut the power off to the hot tub it resets all the settings including the heater! Nothing God today was a super warm day and we tried to go in the hot tub only to find the water was 67° not 100. If we hadn't caught this now then the water would eventually frozen over the winter and destroyed the hot tub. As it is I'm still out a fun day with my family on this unseasonably warm day. I'm not saying not to use these guys if you need some electrical help but I'm definitely saying double check their work and make sure that everything is as it should be before they leave.
