Good information to know. I let him know why I picked their company, etc and he answered any and all questions that me and my dad had regarding the work. We needed a couple outlets put in, got a whole house power surge protector and a light switch updated. Dan gave us the cost, estimated time it would take to complete it and once approved, he got right to it. Once he was done, he explained everything and made sure we were good with this work. He actually found some issues as he was working, but he explained them and gave us his recommendation. Excellent work for a VERY reasonable price. We are over the moon with our new, SAFE, updated outlets and whole house surge protector. We will be using them again! We recommend this company!!!

I additionally emailed Nick about the estimate, and he told me that he was working on the estimate that morning. I still to this day have not received the estimate. I get the fact that the job I was requesting was not an easy job, and not as profitable as other summer work; therefore, I understand the fact that a lot of contractors will pass on this type of work. However, consistently leading me on and then never giving me an estimate is terrible customer service. This isn't dating, this is getting work done at my house. Either send out an estimate, or say "Look, we are not interested in doing the work."
