ZERO STARS!!! I found Mesquite Lock Doc on Google because I broke the only key to my car. My key was a blade type flip key incorporated into the keyless entry fob. The fob contains a small glass tube about the size of grain of rice and circuit board which were undamaged. These needed to be removed from the damaged fob and installed on the new fob which. This isn't an easy task and the glass tube can easily be damaged. If damaged the car would have to be towed to the dealership and the cost would be in the hundreds. The tech didn't want to risk this chance which I totally understand. The tech told me if I could successfully remove it they could install it in a new shell. I was told my key was worn and if I could get the key code it would ensure a perfect cut. After successfully removing them I arranged to meet them the next morning in Mesquite (40 miles away from my home). Upon my arrival they weren't able to meet me and we arranged a place for me to drop off my key and I could pick it up that afternoon or evening. At that time I could not reach them. I tried several times leaving messages both voice and text. For 2 weeks I attempted to get a hold of them NUMEROUS TIMES and made the 80 mile round trip to get my key several times unsuccessfully. They finally sent me a text with a some lame excuse and told me it was done. 3 more trips later we agreed on a place for them to leave the key and collect payment. Once finally home I discovered the key did NOT work! I've now made several attempts to reach them without success. I'm DONE! I'm throwing in the towel! I've considered taking them to court but decided to be DONE with them. I can say one positive thing. They were very reasonably priced. And for that they can have 1 star! read more

On our way from Vegas to St. George and we stopped up at Walmart to buy two items and get it copies of the key made for a travel trailer. Our son (turned nine that very day!) was desperately looking for his mouse for his laptop. Not only did I forget to make the key copy, but I left the whole key ring inside the travel trailer and locked it. Stayed at the Casablanca casino and resort last night and woke up this morning, found Russ here and he had us on our way into minutes. Super reasonable, nice guy, works out of a really cool modified ambulance rig. Highly recommend! read more

We just got back from a trip and we were picking up our dog from my brothers house. We put our dog in the car and right when we shut the door, our dog stepped on the lock button. We panicked because our keys were in the car and our little dog was locked inside and it was about 100 degrees outside. She was panting pretty heavily, so we were stressing out.
