I was originally referred to PT West by a family friend when I was looking for a new clinic. It is always great to have a personal referrence. Lucky for me, the location is very close to where I live, and I'm so glad that I found it. The first time that I was a patient, I had been given a particular diagnosis after an MRI. I was dealing with bad pain and came to PT West for several weeks without much improvement. I was doing everything that I was told to do, but there was no improvement. Well, my great physical therapist thought that maybe my diagnosis wasn't the cause of the issue after working with me, and it was suggested getting a second opinion. Well...I did that and it ended up leading me down the correct path that was needed! After two surgeries, I have been coming to PT West for PT, and everyone at the clinic is great! I love everyone at the front desk...they are super helpful and kind. Big shout outs to Abby and Darlene! My amazing therapist is Jiggs, and he is someone that I have gotten to know well over the years. He is a top-notch professional and I trust him implicitly. I truly love the personalized care and focus on my multitude of issues that I have. They addressed all my issues and always asking me about my well-being during and after each excercise. I decided not to return because of her! I wasn't impressed with the PT guy (owner) either! I didn't go there for him to pull up and stretch out my leggings to massage the cyst. FOR WHAT? I didn't go there for a massage! Plus he walks away leaving me in a hard table for 15 min until I finally got up. Didn't get anything out of that visit. I thought I'd try compression therapy instead of a full massage. It was my first time at Biohack Cryo & Wellness, I usually go to Pause in Studio City but I stayed close to home this time. The location is nice and looks very clean and well maintained. They also have an infrared sauna (my favorite), cold plunge, cryotherapy as well as other services. My first impression was great, excellent customer service. I even got a discount for being a new customer. I'll definitely be back for the infrared sauna! Glad it's close to Bar Method, I could just go after class next time.

I did a 30-minute leg compression, followed by 45-minute contrast therapy, and an hour myofascial release with muscle scraping and cupping. All in all, I thought it was a great deal. I felt so relaxed and energized afterwards. The facility was super neat. I appreciate all the amenities. The staff are very nice and friendly. They interact well their clients and have a great rapport with them as I have witnessed. Just one thing though, I wish there was more to hold onto in the cold plunge/sauna room. Lol I almost slipped but we good! Loved this place and I'm looking forward to going back!
