Before finding her, I went…read moreabout six months without consistent care because my previous provider kept canceling appointments. While I understand things come up, I really needed someone who could listen, guide me, and help me get back on track with both functional and internal medicine. My first visit with Kerry felt a bit overwhelming since we had to start from the beginning, but it was completely worth it. She took the time to truly understand me and my health goals. With her guidance, I focused on improving my gut health and even tried going fully vegan for two weeks. The results have been incredible--I've lost 6 pounds in just two weeks, my gut health has improved significantly, my mindset feels stronger, and I'm finally getting great sleep again. Kerry is an amazing provider. She listens, encourages, and genuinely cares about her patients. Here, though, they made it so easy! And they followed up! And they were on time! I felt like they were helping every step of the way, from the moment I made the appointment to the moment I was walking back to the therapy room. The services are also blessedly broad. It's not "just massage": you can also get Thai massage, hot and cold stone massage, barefoot massage, cranial sacral treatments, and about a zillion other things as far as I can tell. I love the opportunities that variety provides. I went for a Thai massage with Jillian. And I really enjoyed it. The focus was more on legwork and trigger points than on super athletic stretching, but it was good nonetheless. Next time (which there definitely will be) I'm going to ask for a bit more intensity in it, but that's my personal preference not a suggestion that anything was lacking. Because Jillian was great! Very professional, with great hands, dry wit, and multi-faceted skill. She even added a cranial sacral treatment to the end, which I now know can be epic relaxing. In fact I liked the ambience and ease of Skilled Touch so much that I immediately booked future appointments with Jillian to try some of the other services. Normally I'm not much for the "spa" feel - that hushed, church-like "shh - Don't. Say. Anything" vibe always feels stifling to me. But Skilled Touch is pleasant and calming without feeling stifling. I was told the owner wasn't there and that they changed prices a long time ago. They also charged 50% to my card in advance, which the web site said they would only do if a no show/cancel. The gal could not figure out how to reverse it. Then had to figure out the gift card situation and what to do with it which involved helping to figure out the numbers for her. No hype, no pushy sales pitch, just real medical care focused on helping men feel better. It's tucked just off 204th and Veteran's Drive, super easy to find, and the parking is right out front. Plenty of parking. Even for a big truck like mine. It's not flashy inside, but that's not what I was looking for. I've been to the clinics with neon signs and fancy couches... and left feeling like just another number. Here, the staff will actually listen, looked at your labs, explain them, and build a plan that is specific to you. This place is about results, not appearances. Don't judge it by the outside. I am not a fan of x-rays and was assured that they are "safe". Then the crash were taken while I had my old work boots on (more to follow on that). After telling my wife that her spine is all outnof alignment because of an injury that occurred 30 years ago, which they determined with running a wheel up her spine, they told me that my old injury is causing e issues as well, even though they wheel thing (hooked to a computer) showed nothing in that region. Upon my questioning that, I was advised that it's an old injury (9 years ago) and wouldn't show up anymore..... hmmm very contradicting to their previous statement about my wife's injury. This was followed up by come back next week to look at your x-rays. We come back and were told to sit in a group presentation setting with a pushy sales pitch why they are the best and all the money we spend here will help.us with our deductible so our other doctors visits could almost be free, all this while telling us if we get "aligned" here for the rest of our lives we wouldn't need other doctors except for emergencies.... weird again right?!? Then finally into a private room to meet with the owner who shows us the x-rays and says our hips are not even - did I mention above that our feet weren't even on the ground and we both as mentioned above weren't wearing good shoes/boots, so of course there's a good chance our hips may not look straight if our feet weren't evenly on the ground. Next was another sales pitch of just spend over $5,000 in the next 12 months with us and we will see.what we can do but can't guarantee any results as your bodies have old injuries and may not take the treatment. Let's not forget here comes the family discount of $800 and another $300 off if we pay up front... Finally came the final push I was waiting for, as a salesman of 20 years. "Is the money a problem on your decision to move forward?" SERIOUSLY!!!! You have no idea of my finances and the fact if I can pay 3 years of "alignments " or need to pay by the week is none of your concern after meeting me for 15 minutes and only caring about getting paid instead of focusing on your treatment plan. This was followed up with pushing us into our first "alignment" for another 5 minutes. As if I wasn't on the fence once we hit the constant contradictions and group sales presentation! Upon inquiry, I was told that is ok and the product is tested at 200° for stability. Although this is not a complete lie, it is misleading and meant to deceive. The powered form (which they use to ship and you'd mix yourself) is stable at that temp, however the pharmacy ships it in solution and that does not hold up under those temperatures which is exactly why is ships on ice (and supposed to be overnight) like when I purchased from ReadyRX, showed up next day with frozen ice packs still. Not 6 days later, hot and then being told that's perfectly normal. I returned the second package after 5 days on a truck after still not delivered. Limitless' solution was to wait for it to show back up to the pharmacy after now 10 days on a hot Truck, so they can pack it on ice and resend it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LIMITLESS. They do not hold their pharmacy accountable and propagate their misinformation instead of going to bat for THEIR customer. ReadyRX was about the same price, showed within a couple days from ordering, shipped overnight and showed up cold. All as expected. Limitless is looking to save a few bucks on shipping at the expense of the quality of your product. Luckily a degraded product doesn't hurt you, but your injecting saline solution if you get o your order from limitless.
