They take pride in what they do and keep the facility clean and operational. They continue to improve the equipment and invest in making things better. My wife and I both lost fat and gained muscle while working out here. I lost 80lbs the old fashion way of exercise at this gym and watching what I eat at home. No shot, not surgery, no pills, no fake fat burning supplements, just working out building muscle slowly and losing fat. I started slow at the gym after not exercising for a while. Came in did one exercise for 3 sets of 10 and left. After a few weeks I added exercises, added weight, reps, time as my weight decreased my strength improved. As I lost the fat my blood work went from pre diabetic of 6.3 to now 4.9, I had high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and my visceral fat was so much my doctor ordered an ultrasound and confirmed I had Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease. In just 6 months or working out at Better Bodies and eating healthier I went from 274lbs to 192lbs. I did it without killing myself on a treadmill nor pushing myself too much to soon. I took my time and slowly transformed my body and health. I now work out 3-4 days a week at Better Bodies and my strength has increased. I am 51 years old and I am no longer on blood pressure meds. I lift more weight now than I have ever been able to and my health is better than it has been in years. The friendliness of the staff and fellow members keeps my spirits up even when my motivation lags. You don't need to spend a long time at the gym just start slow. They have awesome trainers that you can use to help you if you need them or you can ask any member and they will be happy to help. You can be a better version of yourself without TRT or GLP1s. You can do it without starving yourself or beating yourself up with endless cardio. You just need a little time and a little self discipline and you can do it. Don't stop early trust the process! The gym is open to members 24-7 so you always have an opportunity for a workout. I was dedicated and did all the suggested exercises on my own but the pain never left. I was referred to Nicole by my Massage Therapyst and within 2 visits, I was pain free. True story. I continued to see her for 6 weeks for strengthening and rehab, she clearly knows the body very well and works towards the true end goal of the patient, keeping healthy. They shrank my drive to seek treatment considerably! They've done an excellent job setting up their office as a relaxing environment. Dr Jon is great. He has a chill demeanor to him (which I think is important part of treamtent), listens to your issues, and can adapt his techniques to fit your needs. I've gone in several times with acute pain, which he can normally correct in one visit. Only once that I can recall where I needed to to go back two days in a row. Other times, I go in when I'm feeling a little stiff or notice I've lost some range of motion, and he goes to work on the problem. I've been pretty lucky that they've been able to squeeze me in within a day or two of calling for an appointment, but I have a feeling those days will be ending soon. They're getting a lot busier now. I suspect I'll need to book a more regular appointment, instead of waiting until I feel something off. I wish them continued success!

They had about 10 tables and not one person was on a table. Everyone was doing exercises. I complained on my third and fourth visit, and my 5th visit I finally got manual manipulation for 10 minutes from a PTA. I never returned . And it was a shame because the PT Lauren was very good and gave me a good exercises to do at home, but it was as if they are above the patient and won't even touch my surgical area? How is that helping my edema?
