Once he took a look at it he said it needed a new hitch and he could have it done by early afternoon. He went and got the parts and welded a new hitch on just like he said. He got us back on the road quickly as we were just passing through Sandy on a road trip. Very impressed. The new hitch is heavy duty and has worked flawlessly. Chance is truly the guru of these systems. He did some troubleshooting to get me pointed in the right direction, then helped my to complete the upgrade properly. These systems are VERY complicated, but work incredibly well when configured properly.
