Stopped by this place and talked to Nick. It was a Friday and was told they could have the trailer The following Tuesday and would call me to let me know it was in. We'll Tuesday came and was almost 5pm and crickets. I was planning on stopping by on my way home from work and getting it. So I called them on my drive home and spoke with a gentleman that said he k ew nothing about it and would call Nick and call me right back. Well he didn't and it's been 3 days and nothing! How a Woman alone felt she was treated in this shop. Forced to pay for repairs undone and not authorized, or she would forfeit her property. I am only reviewing my experience in dealing with Taurus Management based on my experience with them and statements from both parties made to me. My Wife called to me nearly in tears about a $347.00 charge on a Horse Trailer the she was forced to pay for or they would not give her the trailer back, and the intimidation she was exposed to. Here is the problem, the light to be repaired did not work, and custom made part that was not an authorized repair. Taurus charged hundreds of dollars for a repairs unauthorized and not done, when my Wife complained, (a Woman alone) 3 Men confronted her in the office. Taurus refused to release her trailer until the FULL bill was paid. She was given the option to pay more for the light repair to be completed. She had no choice but to pay. A Woman alone, and she had no choice but to pay for work undone to get her property. When I went in to the office, I refused comment on the situation as I was not present during the first exchange. "She came in mad." Was a comment about my wife to me when I went to give them a part they made which was not an authorized repair. (the tone of blaming an unreasonable Woman is sadly consistent here) They asked for the part before the refund was made. After part was returned, they then broke their word, and went ahead with the charge. So, not only was my Wife charged over $347.00 for work not done, and not authorized, they took the part back for the refund, then went ahead with the charge anyway. The pattern of dishonesty seems consistent. The follow up letter, was focused on an unreasonable Woman again. "she was angry at another repair shop" and Taurus stated she was rude to shop employees when they attempted to help her as she left, so they refused to try again. Fact is the other repair referenced was done successfully at a different shop. Easily proven, This was about comparing the costs. The statement made in the reply letter is untrue. Seems to be a pattern here. When she complained of the cost, one employee stated "Well, it's expensive to run a shop." Granted, however hardly an excuse to charge top dollar for repairs not competed, and not authorized, and use that as an excuse. Side note: Taurus letter stated she did not complain about the repair at the time, again not consistent with what was said to me, and in the letter sent demanding the payment to stay in place. I was told by the gentleman at the desk when the part requested was being returned in reference to the exchange on the day she picked it up: "we were trying to make it right and she wouldn't listen" If she was so pleased about the repair, what exactly were they trying to make right? Also, if she was so rude to employees at the time, the staff would not help her, was that just another mood? I have hundreds of reviews of business all over Utah, the Western US and Western Europe on tripadvisor, and I have never written a review like this. Small business have the toughest job in the world, and they need all the help they can get. However, this one, needs a clear statement sent by consumers across the Wasatch Front. read more

My company KTS dropped off a 5th Wheel to be rebuilt November 2017 and it magically disappeared. After multiple phone calls and almost 2 years of being lied to and jerked around we still have not received a replacement 5th wheel. Nick promised me on multiple occasions that they would replace it but they have never done so. I called on a weekly basis for several months and was constantly LIED to and blown off.
